Walmart Supercenter, Lake Worth Beach FL

Ehh wasn't impressed. Walmart all over America have just really gone down hill. No stock can't find anyone to help and God forbid you need something from a locked case you'll wait 30mins or more for someone to open it

Love and hate all Walmart locations cuz it's always messy and things are in wrong places all over the place or sold out and empty shelves even before covid. And check out is terrible. Not enough lanes open and backed up.

I went in to pick up groceries and I grabbed a broccoli and cheddar quiche brought it home cut a slice to heat up it was horrible! I brought it back for a refund. I normally don't go to Walmart supercenters, because they're so overwhelming with so much stuff. I the Walmart food market after all grocery shopping is my favorite shopping to do

Had everything I needed not too much of a special visit no one made my day delightful so that's why I gave them three stars lol

Very disappointed in garden area. Nothing there I need. Guess they were more interested in Christmas decorations. So I went to Home depot

My heartfelt thanks to those honest employees for findinging and returning my small coin purse with quite a big sum of money inside. Thank you so much everyone of you!

All I have to say is WOW! There is now way that Walmart as a corporation knows this store exists. I walked in at 8: 10 P. M.to return some horrible (seriously shouldn't have been sold, but that's another review all in itself) Before going i called and was told that the costumer service dept. Was open the same ours of the store or at the very earliest 9. I walked in and this goofy looking guy in I guess a Walmart uniform Just sits and stares at me as he talks to a young attractive female employee (who looked uncomfortable). Later (4-5min) he finally addressed me and told me that " i was a layer and that "don't no body" answer no phone so I know you lying". Fortunately he said he was the store manager so I will be back tomorrow to handle this hopefully professionally. Horrible store! Do your self a favor there is another Walmart. 8 miles away on in lantana.

You can't get anyone to answer the phone, and when you finally do you get put on hold so long it hangs up on its own. I've called 13 times today about something urgent very time sensitive reguarding fraud with a in store pick up that's about to happen and have not been able to speak to anyone. I've called every single department trying yo speak to someone and have only been able to speak to someone in the pharmacy

Came to just return, and had to wait over an hour in line. There was only one employee in cashier, she seemed like doesn’t care anything while the line was getting longer and longer!

This time it was surprisingly easy to shop here. Easy parking, found what I was looking for easily and self check out was easy.

I wanted to buy leggings for a trip I'm going on. Unfortunately, the only sizes they had were 2 small and 150 xl- XXL- xxxL 4x.
There were no mediums in the store.

Now ya no walmart is great it's just small things like not having chicken wings every time i come.or buying a salad that is brown and ready to toss or standing in long lines for hours that make a store get 2stars.of course I will go back but that doesn't mean I love going here I like plenty of things here it's just the long lines and out of stock items part that make me mad

Went there last night.

1. I needed help finding a product. I asked an employee that was unloading merchandise. He had earbuds on and couldn't hear me. He mumbled something in very heavily accented english that did not answer my question, so I gave up.

Side note - As I was leaving, a lady with the same accent as employee asked him about the exact same product and got the exact same treatment.

2. I am disabled and was in the middle of a fever spike (not COVID related) when the cart I was riding just stopped (not far from aisle that I had been in). I had no choice but to go back and ask him to call someone that could help me. After I repeated myself, he finally took an earbud off.

From what I understood, he said the carts are out back charging. All I had asked is for him to call some one. (fever of 102.2 - widow, no outside help) then he told me to go up front (at least that's what I think he said. I could only understand every 4th word) Then he pointed to an abandoned shopping cart saying something to the effect "there's a cart, take it. "

At the time through my fog I felt very badly treated and with hindsight nothing has changed. I should have gone to the Walmart on Old Boynton, but I didn't feel I could handle that in my state.

This Walmart needs a lot of work. I just shopped there and limited what I bought to only nonperishable items. The store is filthy, the shelves are unkempt and not stocked well everywhere. The produce section was disgusting.
