Walmart Supercenter, Pembroke Pines FL

The worst walmar to pick up the order, they never answer and not even putting the space with the number and color of the car in the app. They waste your time. I'd rather go further than come to this walmart. They need more effort in the attention or remove this option from the app for this store. I lost almost 1 hour on hold.

Nothing like waiting for 15 mins for someone to show up to get a price check on a locked item. Then, you get to wait another 20 for someone to try to find a key. At that point you just leave because who has 30 mins to kill to try to buy something the store won't ultimately let you buy because it is locked. I will just buy online from another vendor from now on.

I like the curb side pick up but not all the space have shade like the rest they should add more

Hugo is the friendliest employee in the entire store. He is always attentive when I pick up my purchases. Thank you Mr Hugo!

The curb side pickup takes way too long. Don’t use the app to put in your number, call instead (maybe faster?) or just shop in the store it will be faster than sitting for an hour waiting for your stuff

Ehh, it's walmart. They check you out after you've been checked out. Clean as usual. Lacking some help. But not a bad place to get what you need. Way better than the ones in the Miami/Haleigh area.
Seems like they get fewer staff in the front check out each time.

New adventure at this Walmart in the Weston area and we found everything we needed. Of course, it's Walmart. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Or they might have it online. Easy pick on July 4th as hardly anyone there in the evening.

I've never been here to shop and I've had a good time, but today was a bad day. The old woman at the self checkout side. She didn't seem to be in a good mood. The first time I needed her because I bought a beer, the second time I called her Because there are things that cannot be scanned. Came over a second time and seemed reluctant. Even my kid asked me why she didn't look happy. The oranges she gave me are sold by the piece, but they are sold by the bag. This is not a question of 1.2 dollars more. I think you should ask the customer. The previous people were very friendly. Can solve these small problems very well.

The worst customer service, there’s more than six people standing in line in the returns area and a manager passby which I ask why is he has four employees in the same register doing something else and not here attending other customers will be here waiting for more than 30 minutes to make a return. Her answer was they were in training, allegedly four employees in one register assisting 1 customer. I guess her as a manager does not know how to deal with the returns or something because it’s impossible that you can be standing in line for more than 30 minutes just waiting till the return and she passed by three times by the same area she doing absolutely nothing. It was there all the time standing loose steering a customers and not doing any process to expedite this long line.

There's a very rude and unprofessional "Bibi" that apparently doesn't have any customer service training, nor is too happy to work at Walmart.

Probably the most useful store in the area. We end up here multiple times a week and they always have what we need at a great price. Of course, you could say this about any Walmart but this is the one we frequent. I can't think of any time we've had an issue. I can't imagine life without it!

Ok what is going on with you guys and allowing AT&T solicitors harass your customers? Every single time I go now, they bother us, and they don’t take no for an answer! I end of having to speak firmly to them! This is super annoying! I am there to shop, not be solicited. I’ve seen several people get annoyed by them. This is not okay. I literally avoid walking by electronics Just because they are there. Enough is enough.

The service for online pick up has been the worst experience. I physically cannot leave my vehicle and tried the service and was waiting in my car for 1 package for over an hour. To the point my Tesla is on 3% battery life. I contacted every extension of the store and no one answers. You have to fight for your things and chase after attendants to ask for your items otherwise your stuff will sit inside on a shelf. The gentleman told me he doesn’t have my stuff and no one is working inside in the orders department and he just clocked in and doesn’t know what’s going on. This is outrageous. I will never shop at a Walmart again, this is a reminder to stay with target

This Walmart is TRASH. I've been coming here for years and paid for every single item with an ut issue but managed to get stopped. My bag searched and questioned if my receipt is any other format than printed, not by security but by the same "receipt checker. How is this possible? I own a house in an affluent neighborhood, drive brand new cars, perfect credit score, and own businesses, but I can't afford Walmart? This needs to stop.
