Not very happy with this store cause produce was very empty, the shelf were empty, very dirty, not alot merchandise left there with nothing I came there for very disappointing

Have a very good selection of merchandise. I rarely go in there not able to find what I'm looking for. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Produce bins most were empty holy for roasted chickens in the whole case store has really gone downhill Mr Walden is probably rolling over in his grave seeing how the kids are running this business

DON'T SHOP HERE! The people are rude and the managers are no help. It's dirty and the bathrooms smell like someone died in them. I also overheard a couple of employees complaining that it was raining in the meat cooler, it was a nice day out. Try one of the neighborhood markets, I've never had bad service there.

I can't get what I order! Even though I have instructions about substitutions I continue to get items that are not close to what I order. They send club soda for diet tonic water, diet 7 Up for diet root beer, white bread for wheat, etc.
When I called the store about this issue they said they couldn't help me because the online order goes through a 3rd.party. It says Walmart website.

Walmart, as always! I go on a mission, or mission of best bargain price! Glad to have it! M

Went to Walmart in Pensacola store 1222 had to go to three different self-checkouts waited 5 minutes for each self-checkout because they did not accept cash. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because I got frustrated with all of the Walmart self checkout not accepting cash. They should all be card and cash and not make it a hassle for customers to purchase the cash that should be acceptable form of payment. They don't accept cash at their registers but they will charge me to deposit cash into my Walmart account just to use my card. This Corporation is a scam artist.

Of vdd very poor quality in the fruits in these stores they should be more attentive to that it is not the first time that it happens to me

Ordering online here is a disaster. I’ve been sitting in the pickup spot for going on 45 minutes. I called the number several times and no one even bothers to answer it. I went inside after getting tired of the wait and they sent me back to my truck because “they only do online orders to your vehicle. ” I just wanted to get my stuff and leave and I was forced to wait outside over 45 minutes. No one came out during this time and no one cared to help me get my order. I will never order online here again. Also when they finally came out they gave the guy who just pulled up his groceries when I was here literally 45 minutes before him. I feel very disrespected. They need to get a grip on this place.

This Walmart does not have wipes to sanitize the carts and when I asked employee why they said because cdc lifted ban the other Walmart in the area have sanitizer wipes for carts and Walmart had them wipes out before coronavirus everyone handles those carts and they need to put the wipes for the carts back in this store.

Spent less than 80$ that's good these days. Quite a few things cheaper than Creighton Walmart

Management at the tire center is extremely poor! I had a leak in a back tire. (covered by roadside). I tipped the man who I found out later was the manager 20$ to fix it. It was about 3: 30pm to 4pm so I bribed him to fix it! The next day both front and back tire were flat.took my Nissan back in and they fixed the tires but said they were too busy to add an oil change. The next day, ofcourse, the back tire again was flat. I did get the oil change the tires repaired whatever flushes they were going to do all for 80$ and 3 days of problems! Go somewhere else if you expect anything better than Walmart service or if you don't want a novice working on your vehicle!

Barely any registers open. And the one that had a person at it decided to take 20 minutes while chatting. I will find another store next time

No one answers the phone for the operator or the pick up service. Tried several times over a hour. Having an issue with the check in for curbside pick up. Tried the on line help, and they said go in the store. No one at curbside counter so went to main customer they called for assistance and waited over 15 minutes to get a response from another person that couldn’t help. After 45 minutes, and 4 different people, I finally got my pick up. Why have a phone number or customer service if no one is helpful?

Liquor store and other departments are always closed. I asked for a manager and just got attitude saying, "we ain't got enough people and we ain't gone open it! " It's been like this for months. They have plenty of employees standing around talking though

People are just rude there. I am already doing your job by checking myself out at the register.soon we will not need you

If you're really bored this place is a circus and you'll see some pretty interesting people here. Usually avoid it unless you need something very specific and very cheap, or want to get a laugh watching the chaos.

It's walmart.it has stuff u need, nothing fancy. Miss the full deli. Miss having cashiers

This store is like any other super center.clean and busy. Grocery pickup at this particular store is normally stress-free.except on Mondays, and I'll be more careful about scheduling in the future. However, the associates are always ready to offer assistance with a smile.
