This Walmart has gone through changes the last few years. From I will never shop at Walmart again to nice improvements I might shop here again. The customer service has improved dramatically the options on grocery items are nice. The store is relatively clean. I could almost give 4 stars but I will stick with 3

This Walmart is nothing but extremely long lines! Only Two cashier always on shift! Customer service needs a customer service CLASS! DO NOT BUY THE SILK BRAND MILK! Is disgusting and ia water down!

On Thursday August 24,2023.
I tag along with a group of seniors citizens. I want pick up my supplies and check out. One of groups was having a bad time. I went over to checkout way? The black security guard, way bully him, , said he didn't pay what he said he bought.
The black security guard said I was going to jail, because I call manager
Where this person live. Walmart needs to overhaul the security guard and company that is there. The only one that was helpful was the police officer. No wonder Walmart is being sue all the time.

Worth the visit, a few things need a bit of attention but for the price its so worth it! One tip i could give is work on your emplyees training, some don’t know where things are and its a bit frustrating.

Also somethings are all over the place, yall need to keep the place more tidy

This Walmart has change, I was they 5 years ago. It's now more amazing and a better store than before. The staff and employees are very professional and caring people.

I did a curbside pick-up and I'd recommend this particular store because the customer service with the curbside employees is always on point

In supercenters there is always much more merchandise.

I hope to find more "Made in USA"

Very nice, lots of fresh stuff and clean as well. We were able to find what we needed and get out timely.

Lines were long but cashiers were moving them along. Workers were polite and I found everything in 1 place

Every day the quality of service decreases and it is because Walmart does not respect or care for its staff, you cannot be friendly in a hostile environment.

If you call their telephone numbers nobody will answer. They should cut their lines if their telephone numbers didnt want to answer. All staff here are lazy to answer the calls even they have selection.

Summer clearence. Oohh atleast half of the clearence items in the clearance isle aren't clearence, there practically the same price.

Nice and clean store with the absolute worse staff. Asked where the atm was and the lady just pointed in a direction and was unwilling to speak or further elaborate and when I found another lady she was like “right there! ” In a tone that suggest I was dumb and she was bothered. The atm was surrounded by 4 pallets I guess I was suppose to be able to see through. My friend was having trouble with a credit card and he knew that sometimes the self checkout won’t process his card so he asked for customer service to check him out. Nope they made him try every (at least) 4 different self checkouts before being convinced to check him out at a regular register but not without them being sure we knew they we annoyed at having to work. We would rather a dirty store with nice people. Avoid this one

Can’t blame the staff because it trickles down from the management. Not only is the negative vibe in here overwhelming due to non functioning technology and clearly untrained staff but the leaderships attitude towards it all is complacent at best. Had to beg to spend money there and was unsuccessful because there was a technical issue. With such lack of knowledge about how POS works they had everyone calling their banks when it was clearly a WALMART issue, and all after making a grand announcement that “We know how things work here so it’s not us, you need to call your bank” smh this single experience has turned me off of the Walmart brand for awhile.

Wal-Mart has a reputation of not being a nice place, however, I have to say this particular Walmart is amazing. The employees really take the time to help customers and do it with a smile on their face. Five stars to the Walmart on 45th street.
