Customer service was good that they had most of the stuff I wanted I don't like their veggies and fruits
They never have carts inside I always have to go back out and find a cart in the parking lot
They had chair on sale and when I got there they took all chairs out for Christmas items Ughhhhhh
Worst Custer service rep. I have ever encountered. Tia was rude unhelpful and antagonistic with me and everyone behind me in line while I waited for a supervisor. Unbelievable that they let her near customers at all let alone a service counter. I will not shop at this location again. The lead that came over was also unhelpful and passed me off to another service clerk who told me to call the 800 #. I asked for the number and they didn’t know it. Finally the last rep said it might be 1800 walmart. I just was blown away by the way all 3 of them were treating everyone who came up like we were total bothers in their day. I actually watched Tia storm off after a couple customers stating for all to hear that we were all just stressing her out! Seriously it’s Walmart returns not combat. The team lead was completely disinterested in her attitude. I forgot her name but I was there 9/11 between 3-4pm. If anyone cares to look into their behaviors. The 3rd associate didn’t have a name badge on. She did at least try to explain why I was having an issue. Unlike Tia who each time I asked how to resolve my return stared me down and recited the error message on the computer 3 times and then told me to go to another Walmart. Shame on all of you. Seriously your behaviors are lacking in service at best.
Definitely the best Walmart I have ever been to. I especially like to use the app before going there to locate where the items I need are located in the store or arrange to pickup my items at the pickup area. Great job Walmart!
Biggest super Walmart I've been in in the states. I'm from the Midwest and even our super Walmart are not this big. Store was clean, employees were attentive and helpful. This location is very close to Madeira Beach and John's pass. The only thing that could be improved is a wider selection of Asian ingredients like sauces and spices.
This store had the best pharmacy staff. The pharmacist there she is really sweet and always remembers my name. The staff are always willing to go out of thier way to do a great job and have what you need. 5 stars!
The store is just too big. I was going to buy a bunch of nice glassware for my son's housewarming, but gift wrap was so far away, and there is just too much junk in there
The store is clean and stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. I found everything I came for. AND the prices, so low. I found new meal ideas in the frozen food isle. I came back again to purchase work pants.of course they had them.
No customer service. Out of many things. No water stocked for Idalia, shelves empty.worst of all you are on your own, No help.
As of August 2023, the Bay Pines Walmart has fallen into the worst stores to visit. Terrible customer assistance, merchandise is not in stock. Employees at 6: 00am when the store opens are listening to music to loud on their cells.cellsWayphones.
Store is a mess. Aisles are constantly blocked by pallets of groceries or items waiting to be stocked. Walmart staff who purchase items for customers are also blocking the pathways to make shopping an obstacle course. Staff are oblivious to customers trying to get by them or reach items on shelves.
