Walmart Supercenter, Boca Raton FL

When we arrived there were no shopping carts, had to go back to the parking lot to get one.
In the beef section there was a small flank steak mislabeled with a price of $68 and a weight of over 6 pounds. When I pointed that out to an employee nearby stuffing the shelves, she just shrugged her shoulders and was not interested!

Took my granddaughter whose attending college at FAU, shopping for groceries at Wal-Mart today here in Boca Raton and I was very impressed that it was highly stocked in every department. Was able to go in and out in less than an hour. Very satisfied customers.

We bought a bike here about a month ago and we didn’t have a receipt or the card we bout it on so the lady said it was still in 3 stores she still said no there was another lady and she said if you already said no don’t return it then the WORST WALMART GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

This is not a walmart it's a joke, always a long line, they have 2 cashiers working i mean it's just ridiculous, whoever is running this location is doing a very poor job.

Worst Walmart in south Florida without a doubt. Store is messy, low on stock and the customer service associates have no issue cussing you out if you happen to ask them a question.

Laura (checking receipts at the door) was too busy chatting with her friends when I walked in with items that I was not sure if they were from Walmart, this is why I went to the front desk (right by the entrance), to see if they were from there. The person at customer service scanned them and said they were not from there so I walked out 4 mins later. Laura stopped me and asked me for my receipt! I explained to her that they were not from Walmart and that the clerk checked since I got these items as a gift and I was not sure where they are from! She asked me again for my receipt and I explained again that I did not have it and why I don’t have it! She stated that I did not walk in through the front door and that she did not see me go in! I said I had walked in 4 mins ago but she was too busy socializing instead of doing her job! She followed me outside and watched me as I loaded my kids to the car! All this took place around 1: 40pm, 9/20/23!

They have zero miami hurricane merchandise and even asked an employee, nothing. Ignoring the fact you have 5 time national championship football team 45 mins away is a joke. But you have FSU swag & no one buying yet their 11 hours away. Get your demographics and marketing together!

Customer service at this Boca location 22100 FL-7 is terrible. Workers have bad attitudes. First, cashier denied my returns from the Hillsboro location (first time hearing this). She was too lazy to return items. Then, she asked that I bring her the same items I was returning for her to scan a correct barcode, again very odd. After all this nonsense, she forgot to return some items. When I looked at my return receipt and returned for the correction, she had already threw everything in the bins and said I never brought the items. The manager was Aerle, worst attitude of them all. No idea how she could be a manager! It's funny how Walmart's cameras will watch you like a hawk, but when it's their employees error and you ask that they check the cameras for their error, they say there's no recordings. Make sure you always double check your receipts, incorrect price scans, or double scans. These cashiers are careless. I've already caught cashiers double scanning giftcards I've purchased on two different occassions. Based on reading the low reviews, I wouldn't be surprised these employees at this location were stealing from the store. Less hanging around/talking and more working. Train your staff Walmart.

I love saving money at Walmart. Super great Department store. They have everything you need from clothing to electronics to Food! Highly recommended!

Trash check out line at this one.unreal. Always. Never isn't a 15 minute wait to get out of the store.

I have a video of your manager Patricia, accusing a Customer of stealing, and instead of apologizing for their mistake, they canceled the customers transaction out of spite…then her friend Wonda another manager apparently would not let me pay for the items I rang up either… I was shopping for about an hour and a half, myself and 3 small children, had 2 full shopping carts, and your managers are playing games bc I proved her wrong…. Check you cameras, I feel like this was RACIALLY Motivated by Manager Patricia

Big store and lots of parking, really easy going people on site from customers to staff. Garden center is right on the side of Lyons and jog here's a video, for some dumb reason I'm going to add it

The ladies who attended the return site was terrible, they aren't polite, very rude just because they made a mistake and they say that that will be the last one which means that i wouldn't be able to send my money because they didn't want to attend me; and the "MANAGER" with they name PATRICIA, who was supposed to help me said: yes, that will be the last time. I don't about customer service but i think that's not the proper way to treat a costumer.
