Walmart Supercenter, Mt Dora FL

I wouldn't recommend coming here at all in December unless you are a fan of crowds, cramped aisles, long checkout lines, and grumpy customers. The employees however were grinning and bearing it. Always smiling and helpful.

Not all Wal Marts are the same. I was confused. It took me a few tims to find an associate to help me locate what I was looking for.

Long wait 20+ minutes at kiosk after checking in 15minutes before arrival. Would have been faster to go in and get off shelf

It was fabulous thanks to Gloria she was the biggest help to me. I personally think you should reward GREAT help like that. By the way just in case you do. Her hair is blonde. And she works up front helping customers check out. Sooooooo what are you waiting for. I hope she has a happy holiday.

Everytime I shop there, I have to tell them they have the Wrong or Different Price posted, than what Rings up! Tired of Waiting to get my money Refunded!

Horrible. They only have 1 guy who really knows what he is doing in the photo lab of course he wasnt there today. I spent over an 1hr trying to get 2 yes 2 pictures printed, neddles to say i left without them

Customer service varies at the location, but when the employees are dealing with so many people (and often mean people) they are doing a decent job.

I wasn't impressed at all with the Walmart pick it up new thing that they have. We ordered pillows and they said that there was none in the store so we had to wait until the next day to pick it up and then when we went to pick it up or order wasn't ready and there was plenty of them in the store. So we cancelled the order and just bought them at the store and left I don't know if I'll ever use that pick it up site again.

Two reasons why this gets one star.
1) Self checkout "clerk" and item checker need to be retrained. They will accuse you of missing an item and then rip the receipt from your hand just to be proven wrong.and not apologize.
2) Those dang Direct TV people are extremely annoying and never leave. I hate being asked EVERY SINGLE TIME I go that way if I want direct TV and when I say no thanks they continue to harass me and then I have to be rude to get the point across. GET RID OF THEM!

This is one of the worst Walmart's I've ever been to. The selection is pretty slim and the shelves are usually empty. I can never find everything I'm looking for

I consider visiting here a necessary evil.especially this time of year. Watch prices! Other patrons tend to be rude.

Waited for over 1 hour for script, can't keep shelves stocked empty in many parts of meat dept what's wrong?

Wal mart what more could you ask for they got everything.just wish you guys would slow down santa in October an not much Halloween stuff out whats that all adout.

We have done their order online and pick-up in store three times. Each time we wait more than 25 minutes, and this last time the person named Toby came up handed us our stuff and turn around and walked away. He did not greet us or anything or even apologize for how late he was getting there. So rude.

Walmart is always good for me but tonight Mt Dora customer service was perfect, wish I would have gotten her name. Time was 8-9pm fantastic employee

More cashier's would be helpful. Found soda lacking dire need of stocking, had to have an employee get some from the back. But hey as a former employee Wal-Mart trucks run in my veins.

After I checked myself out I felt they should have paid me or at least give me a discount for working a few minutes.

I love Wal-Mart because its a one stop shop and during my time of unemployment I was able to go there everyday and use apps to earn gift cards. Overall the staff is friendly and accommodating

Arrived at 1: 30 pm on a Sunday andthe store was out of ice. How does a store as large as Wal-Mart run out of ice? Not at all happy
