Walmart Supercenter reviews
17I find it very difficult to get help when the employees I encountered don't speak English. It's like playing charades, and no one won!
Took my vehicle here for an oil change and waited about an hour which is not terrible. But then saw on my receipt that they charged me for an oil filter. When I asked why I was being charged he said I have to have a speciality oil filter cause I have a Toyota 4 Runner. I laughed and said you have never charged me in the past and he said nothing and continued to charge me! I was so mad I paid and left. When I went home I noticed a large oil leak in my driveway. So I took it back and asked the cashier for the manager and he said he wasn’t here. So I waited a few minutes and the manager showed up. I showed him that they charged me for an oil filter and it says in the prices above his head that it was supposed to be included. He took it off. But it took to me having to come back because they messed up to get them to take it off. I will never go back there again. Cashier this old man with long grey hair was the worst. Just 100% nasty. Watch your charges here. If you add other charges to anyone you should tell them before servicing the vehicle.
No tire service today, air compressor not working. Lost my business, was gonna spend lots of $$$$$. Everytime I come to this store there is an issue in Automotive.
It is never a nice shopping experience at Walmart. The parking lot is always full, very hard to find parking. And once you are done shopping the check out line is always long, even with the self check out it gets long at times. There is no Walmart gas station at this Clermont location so that is definitely not worth driving here, if you have to buy stuff here try use the pick up option which is much better.
Picking up food in the pickup area is horrible. There is a manager named Genni, that Mexican woman, who is very rude and foul-mouthed, should be assigned to another department. The times I have ordered to pick up my purchases due to my bad luck, that lady has treated me extremely badly and I have witnessed the same thing with other customers. Apart from the fact that the delay is horrible, as long as that manager GENNI is there, I will not return to that pickup place.
Out of stock on a lot of products and the store is a mess, they need help at the Clermont Fl store. It is very understaffed, and the customers are the ones suffering
Good selection of goods and huge grocery selection. It's always super busy though and even though they work hard to keep shelves stocked, sometimes you might not find what you need.
Very clean and organized even though really busy, self checkout had no lines at this time which was a bonus!
I did my very first order and pick up the other day, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Best of all I didn't have to go inside, they brought everything out to me
Terrible, self checkout cameras constantly can’t comprehend that I have ADHD and do not scan and instantly place items directly into a bag. So I get accused of Mis-scanning constantly and nothing is wrong when checked. Even saw checkout lady click a button and came and checked I what I scanned because I had items that needed to be paid for separately and she was embarassingly wrong when she peeked in the bags. Also locking up the pregnancy tests and being walked to the register is embarassing and a joke. Just shut down the Walmart and rebuild this one from the ground up, needs new management and everything. What a joke, keep giving target and Publix new customers. Thank you
Hey y’all! I would not advise shopping for unsealed goods here only because it seems that a lot of products that Walmart seems to have are used…. And left on the shelf… I found literally one spice can today that was not slightly emptied and with that I’m assuming that means anything that’s not sealed has probably been touched or used at this Walmart. Please be safe out there.
Employees are polite and try to be helpful, but have no idea where things can be found - looks like they haven't completed training yet.
The place only had its billion self checkouts open. When I went to leave, I got asked to see the receipt, in which I just kept walking since I checked my self out. If you don't trust people to check themselves out, then put some human cashier's back.
Good store but awful customer service. You will get a better greeting at the cashier if you use a self checkout lane (computer are nicer). It's Xmas time, and customers are the lifeblood of any business. Someone with the authority to make changes should look into this.
Keep up the great work. Delivery person is always nice. Orders most of the time are correct and no problems.
The store is horrible. Customer service doesn't exist. Merchandise thrown everywhere. Prices are wrong half of the time. Self checkouts rarely work properly. What a waste of time shopping there.
High prices, self checkout (unpaid), can't find an Associate to ask questions.
One or two somewhat decent deals.
