Walmart Supercenter, Fort Myers FL

Typical Walmart. People are nice and friendly for the most part. However getting in and out of the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. I do not go to this location more than I have to. Wish they had a bit better selection of some gift cards. However they did have one that stood out and just reminded me and screamed the old song Don't worry be happy! And it just absolutely made my day!

This location can be hit or miss, but mostly miss. Just like most Walmarts it's clear as day that the employees really don't care about the customer or the job. Whenever I have the time I drive down to the Six Mile and 41 location. Its usually a better experience.

It's a Walmart, they have a little bit of everything.

Honestly biggest downside is they never restock the carts there will be large piles of them outside and they always rearrange everything

Very busy! Everyone was courteous & helpful!
Unfortunately some areas were almost totally empty. Prices were mismarked (especially on clearance racks). Every employee was working diligently to organize & restock their areas. Kudos to them all.
I never saw mgmt.on the sales floor. Were they all out to lunch? LOL

I don't normally shop at this Walmart because it is not close to my home. It is a well maintained Walmart and their associates are helpful and friendly.

Satisfied as always. Lots of frienndly faces always willing to put tje customer first and stop what their in the middle of, to help you. Even in another associates department.

I enjoyed it. My insurance company had given me a gift card so it was fun spending it on the items I needed for my upcoming hospital stay.
My only problem was with checkout. I am disabled and was using your automotive cart, the checkout line was so long that I worried that the battery would die out before I could reach the cashier. She was very pleasant and made the wait seem not so bad. Thank you for a mostly enjoyable experience

I only have one thing to share.
Im a firm believer in equality.but when ever i go in this Wal-Mart.i can never find anyone that speaks Engish.i feel like everyone should be treated equally and fairly.but when i can't get any assistance because no one speaks engish.it's very challenging to get products that I'm trying to purchase when no one can help me.and not only that.if i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor.only to get help.not to complain.i wait and wait for the floor person to go get them.and they never come.so im sorry Wal-Mart.you have to have people that can speak english fluently as well.this is America and if we were to go to go to another country.they would expect us so speak there language also.and to all those folks out there that are reading this and thinking I'm racist.umm I'm not. I'm married to a cuban and I'm Caucasian! Plz Wal-Mart.get some folks that speak english!

They have a better variety of things than my Walmart does but things aren't well stocked, floors are nasty and the clearance isle looks horrible. I wish they had more chashiers but I feel like every Walmart is like that. Staff is pretty friendly and it being open 24hrs is a plus.

Employees are loud, unhelpful. Managers walk around when customers are standings in long lines because there are only 4 cashier's open. Managers are rude to the employees on duty. I really do not like going to this walmart. But its close to my home. Over half the employees dont speak English. There much more.

This experience was so bad, waited over 40 minutes in line at the money center and no one would help us. One lady working and a huge line.unacceptable even for Wal-Mart.

This is Ridiculous. 7: 15 am. This is my 2nd time to change my motor oil. The front desk Nancy tell me I made the costumer number 14 and the line for oil change is Empty. Really. Bull. S. No more Walmart for me

I LOVE THIS WAL-MART. THEY ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED IN STOCK. THE WAL-MART EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL, SMILING, & ENGAGING IN CONVERSATIONS! THEY ACTUALLY LIKE THEIR JOB. I PASS BY THE WAL-MART IN LEHIGH ACRES, BECAUSE THEY LACK THOSE QUALITIES!

Clean store, nice associates, but parking lot so busy it took 10 minutes to get to stop light on Six Mile Cypress. Traffic pattern is horrible! Cars were backed up in parking lot from two roads that circle parking lot trying to merge into one lane. At lunch time Chik Fil La backs cars out into access road on north side of store when entering from Colonial Blvd.
Won't go back to that Wal-Mart until Spring when snow birds go back North.
Stressful.

Good prices but only two cashiers open for more than 50 costumers. They do that every nights. Sometimes the lines looks like when hurricane it's coming. They need improve theirs services and treat the employees better. I'm talking about this Walmart store in specific.

This Walmart is the worst Walmart, I have visited in years! Desorganized, non of the self check out registers were working. The lines of all cashiers were so long, over 10 to 15 people in line. The bathroom was gross, it looks like noone had cleaned up the whole day. The whole store was a mess! If I could give minus stars, I would give this walmart -5 stars. I love the Walmart by my house, but this one omg! Needs help bug time.

This location does not have a good selection of items. The store is poorly managed and your choices will be limited due to staff not replenishing as they should. If you visit this location you will not get all the items you need & they will offer little customer service if needed.

Busy, and the food side was chaotic, BUT that is to be expected a week before thanksgiving. Great managers! They were very nice to let us over night in our new rv while we got settled in. Then again, we were in and out buying storage containers, and other rv necessities. Thank you Walmart!

I visited this store this morning got to the front no cashier working I asked for a cashier I was told to go check myself out there is no reason to visit a brick and mortar store if there is no customer service I left the merchandise there if I wanted to check myself out I will just shop Amazon

This place is crazy if I could give it no stars I would.waited in line for over 45 mins! 4 registers open and a line of like 20 people or more to each register! This is why I do most of my shopping at target!
