There was only one person working the front. I waited for about 15 minutes until I had to speak with a doctor myself by walking up to her desk. Before that, she was talking to another doctor and they appeared to be joking with another. They looked my way and did not greet me at all. Everyone should be greeted and ask if they have been helped yet. I told her what I needed and she said the person up front has to do that. It makes no sense. As the doctor, you should also be able to hop in and help your colleague if you see people are waiting. Just moved back home from Michigan and their customer service was a lot better. I’m going to go back here to get what I need, but I will not be a patient here.
They need to have more than 1 person helping customers. I have been standing out here 15 minutes waiting for help. There is only 1 lady helping.
I was standing to be attended 15 minutes. Never got any representative to even ask me what I need. I will never come back
