Beautiful on the outside and wonderful views until you look closer. Our room was "upgraded" to double beds and not queens like even modern motels give. They only service every 4 days so you better throw your own trash and clean up your own dirty towels.
In our room we had mold growing in the shower, and our dusty fan didn't work. The refrigerator was unplugged causing our snacks to go bad as we didn't realize the fridge was off.
They push using their app for service. We had 4 people and they gave us one mini bar of soap and 1 roll of TP. When we ran out and requested more (via text and service desk call) they told us it was on the way, but never came. I called them again and they stated "it was out of their hands and to wait longer". That was around 4pm and the call back was at 5pm. At around 6pm we finally went to dinner and came back around 11pm. Still, no supplies were brought up. When I went to complain they took another 20 min to gather the items and when I asked how'd they make it right. They gave me a food credit at Fuel as if I was some sort of begger.
The shuttle service is okay, but they do park you a bit away than other hotels. Also if you need to get to Hollywood Studios, be prepared to wait somewhere else and take a boat. We ended up using Uber as it's all the way on the other side of the hotel.
I'd recommend saving your cash for something else.

This place is AWFUL! I'll never return to this hotel. I was here on vacation/work convention and I had numerous incorrect charges on my card totaling over $1500. The only thing they "could" do was give me 50% off my room which was not actually 50% after getting my receipt. Our room wasn't clean either. There was food and garbage all over the room as if they didn't vacuum and the shower was not cleaned. It still had some kind of product from the previous guest. The amount of money people pay to go to a place like this and spend the kind of money that they do, these mistakes and the lack of doing anything to correct their mistakes is completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else and avoid the absolute headache and terrible service. Couldn't be anymore disappointed with a Walt Disney visit.

Hotel is SUPER shady. They overcharge guests at their restaurants and try billing things out to your room and then tell you it will come off. There are WAYYYY better properties to stay at. Shuttle service also sucks. They dropped off my entire family at the wrong stop at Disney Springs and then told us that is where they pick us back up. Ended up sitting there for at hour with other people under the same impression. Ended up getting a ride back from a DIFFERENT hotel's driver because he saw everyone waiting and felt bad.

Staff seemed miserable and not very helpful with a few exceptions. Hard to get any service. Some towels and sheets had hair quilt had yellow stains. Beautiful views and pretty easy access to the parks but will not be staying there again.

While the service was very friendly, we checked in July 26th and were to check out the 29th. On the 28th, I got a call from my Dr saying I needed to come back asap. They did a biopsy and my cancer from a teenager had come back. So we had to check out around 2 that day. Wr drove 12 hours home. We were charged full price. I honestly don't agree with this. I feel bad for my twins that they had to leave because of me. Anyway, I feel like a much money as they make, maybe could have been a bit more sympathetic.

We were here for an event for our daughter for 6 days. If you are not required to stay here then RUN! This hotel is beautiful when you walk in and I do believe that the people that are working are really trying but they are coming up short. Every time I called for housekeeping there was a problem—-either the beds weren’t made or towels weren’t left, or the room wasn’t vacuumed. The Housekeeping Manager did come to our room to check after my 3rd complaint but it shouldn’t take 3 times!

The rooms are VERY dated and our phone did not work and the tub/shower drain didn’t work properly.

The restaurants are overpriced and the food lacks taste and appeal. The only place that I would recommend would be the Blue Zoo—- the burgers were good.

This was an expensive week for a lackluster experience. I won’t be back!

For a so called “4 star” hotel I would have expected better services and amenities, especially since we paid a U$39 resort fee per day.

* Breakfast restaurant doesn’t open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, leaving us with a single option for onsite breakfast (Java Cafe), which costed us $60-70 per day while having to wait 10-15 min in line to select our food.

* On Thursday-Friday Breakfast restaurant was open but again a loooong wait (20 min for your party to be called + 45 min for ordered food to be delivered at our table).

Japanese restaurant (Kimono) was really good with reasonable prices while IL Mulino had average dishes for which we were charged $140 for 2 adult dishes + 1 beer + 1 kids meal.

You don’t get room service unless you request it. Again, at a 4 star hotel where you get charged a $39 resort fee per day, I would have expected to at least have our beds made while being out for the day.

Only real good perk was the fact that property is at a walking distance from Hollywood Studios and Epcot and a 10 min away by boat from Magic Kingdom. Oh, and the pool area was really good too.

For the money we paid, there’s definitely much better options!

Outside of the check-in process being extremely long our overall experience was positive. The rooms are clean and nice (except for a torn sheer curtain) and the location of the Swan is very good. There is a shuttle boat ramp to the Bank, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. There is a nice coffee shop, Italian restaurant, buffet restaurant and many other services in the resort including a Disney desk for tickets and services.

Very convenient to the parks but beware this is NOT a real Disney Resort. The busses at the airport will not take you to the Swam as it’s a Marriott hotel Not Disney. The hot tub only worked one of our 3 nights and the rooms need some major remodeling. Peeling walls, peeling showers, brick pillows.

Stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never touched room with the exception of changing out tiny trash can once. Left us a pile of trash bags for the week
Daily parking fee is ridiculous on top of all the other fees they charge for "resort services. "
We enjoyed ONE out of several meals on site. Breakfast at the Grove was delicious. Sadly, I cannot recommend ordering from any of the other on site restaurants. My group found the food to be below average at best.
The pros: facility is beautiful, beds are comfy and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping is not prepared for guests at the moment. We had 2 rooms. One the hot water had not been turned on, they changed the room however the changed room did not have power at all until maintenance cut it on. The second room had no shower curtain at all. On checkout day, (checkout is 11) we went for breakfast and returned at 10: 35 and the room had been cleared out. We waited at the lobby for our things. Restaurants in the resort: I highly recommend making a reservation or you will be waiting a minimum hour and a half to seat. Pool area was fine, dont order food outside its a waste.

I have to admit I hate Disney theme parks but the Disney hotels are Top notch and tough to beat they're so empty right now it's the best time to go you'll feel like you have the whole place to yourself

Staff was extremely nice. Family pool area is great! Masks are worn every where on grounds except in pool. No housekeeping service unless request. Get your coffee before 8am at the coffee shop otherwise there is a long line.
Hollywood studios is within 20 minutes walking.more if it's at the of the day. Pool bar is ok. Wish the Swan had a family based restaurant.
There is also a small Disney store and planning center in lobby.

I was so disappointed in the swan hotel, the room was very dated with alot of paint on the walls, I know it sounds crazy but if you kn ow what it means than you wouldn't stay here, the people at check in desk need a lesson in customer service.as for the Italian restaurant down stairs bad very bad, I ordered spaghetti with seafood cant go wrong right, well they messed it up, it was really bad.

Beautiful hotel. The main lobby is amazing. Staff is friendly and everyone has a mask, restaurants have masks and face shields, and everything is constantly being cleaned. The place is spotless.

I am very happy with my Swan? Hotel experience. Me and my girlfriend ️ came to Disney for the week and we got a free upgrade to a suite! It has been a magical experience for us. I would definitely do it again! (Very clean for those of you wondering)

Room was clean, but not restocked for the items shampoo, soaps, creamers, etc.concierge wasnt a big help as ive always found in other hotels. Very close to epcot, so that was fantastic. Taking the water taxi is great! The gift shop was well stocked, but the cashiers weren't the friendliest! Nor helpful with information about EPCOT. The 2 people walking around (older people) were always smiling and talking to us very nicely.
I expected more from the staff as its the " HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH". I guess they were all upset that DISNEY was closing. But im still a paying customer.
The starbucks coffee in the room was great. The beds were comfortable. The view was great. Plenty of places to eat or grab food for later.

Nice location, but it's not a Disney resort. It just doesn't have that magic feel. Check in took longer than expected, but once we were being helped, the attendee was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hallway carpets in need of cleaning or replacement. If you can get a good rate, keeping in mind resort fee and parking fee, I recommend it. Excellent location. Staff helpful and friendly.
