I have been a patient of Dr Rutkowsky for many years. I can assure he and his office staff are the BEST of the Best. The Dr. Is wonderful, very knowledgeable, nice, and patient. He takes time to do everything carefully and does not rush you or anyone like other offices. He takes care of you and answer all your questions. I feel very fortunate to have his service and recommend him to everyone.

Had a emergency appointment for an eye irritation. Got there at 3: 30pm and was out by 4: 15pm. Nice and Quick. Not as expensive as I was expecting. The doctor was very nice and quick and gave me some recommendations for my allergies that are already helping. Highly recommend.

My experience with the doctor: He took time with me and did a very thorough exam.
However, Very disappointed in the frame choices I was given. I got to pick from 2 drawers! Not from the wall! Yet still dished out $200 in cash on top of what my Insurance paid. The fitting of my glasses, and lack there of! The words that were spoken to me! I was there on 6 occasions for them to get my glasses right. I left today after a unprofessional experience! Needless to say. My frames still do NOT fit! I’ve called my insurance company and filed a grievance. I will be making a reach out to the BBB also.

Edited. I was supposed to have had my claim from this doctor office reversed. I’m still waiting two months later.
Be aware!

I wish I found Dr. Rutkowsky’s office sooner! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the office is really clean. The doctor exceeded my expectations! He was kind and he actually listened to what I was saying. Dr. Rutkowsky - thank you.

I’ve tried to save a little money (ended up costing me twice as much) going to these quick vision fix places and that’s exactly what I got, we’ll kind of. They were quick but did not fix me (never ever again) SO WHERE DID I END UP BACK TO DR. RUTKOWSKY’S OFFICE. He takes his time, answers all your questions and is a very kind gentleman. Staff is also amazing.
