Highly, Highly recommend Walt's Upholstery. Just had new foam put in 5 cushions (love seat and sofa). I was just about to get rid of the sofa because the cushions were sagging so bad and hurting my hips. Had them re-foamed and the sofa and loveseat are like brand new. I am so happy with their quality workmanship and customer service.

Couldn’t even get a response for an estimate after calling twice and sending two emails over a 3 week period. Clearly they’re not organized enough to value new business. Taking my business elsewhere.

Walt's recently repaired my leather couch and loveseat. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend working with them. I appreciated their communication and and clear scheduling. The wait was a couple of months but they hit the expected timeline. I had other vendors not even show up for appointments or return phone calls. I feel very fortunate to have found Walt's.

Walts upholstery was super. From beginning to end Walt and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and timely. The work that was completed on my boat was phenomenal.

I recently stopped by unannounced, met Walt himself and found him to be very professional, well spoken, and a tradesman with multiple decades of experience. I like the idea of buying local and supporting this pillar of Lutz businesses.

I had a chaise that I loved, and it started to peel. Apparently, it was not made out of very high quality materials. Seven years in and 2 years past the warranty from the furniture company, it started peeling. I tried to go back to Haverty's Furniture company but was told they discontinued my piece due to customer complaining of peeling and that my warranty was expired. By then, I had fallen in love with the chaise, and it fit my decor. Walt's Upholstery gave a second life to one of my favorite pieces. They did an excellent job especially with the intricate portions around the wood where the brackets had to be taken out and replaced. They were professional and quick. They picked the piece up from my home, transported it "safely" to their shop, and returned it in pristine condition. They also refurbished my pillows. I tried to locate fabric elsewhere to save monies, but ended up going with their in-house fabric recommendation as I know little (apparently) about what fabrics hold up the best. As a result, it was pricier than I wanted, but it was cheaper than the cost of a similar chaise. I took before and after photos to display their wonderful work! Thanks Walt's Upholstery! Ashlea was super helpful, very friendly. Walt was very nice and so were the guys that worked there. The work was amazing, you can't even tell there was an issue and pricing is very fair. Highly recommend.you won't be disappointed!

Ps: walt’s did an incredible job on my 45 year old kitchen chairs for a fraction of the price I would have paid to replace them. Besides the quality of these chairs is no longer available. I feel fortunate to have found this company.

I had two of the most comfortable chairs recovered. Now they are comfortable and attractive. So grateful! I couldnt have bought new chairs for the price. I am so happy! I also threw in another odd chair. Called the day before pickup, and it's stunning! I will happily recommend Walt's. Beautiful work!

I brought my husband's butt seat from his boat to have it recovered. Not only did they do this in a timely manner, the craftsmanship of the completed job was outstanding! This is the second time we used Walt's will definitely bring out next project to them!

We had 2 box chairs 10 years old from Kanes that were ready to be donated, but had a hard time parting with them because they were so comfortable. We could have bought new for about same price as reupholstering but couldn't find what we liked. I never shopped fabric before, but found Christmas sales and bonus coupons at Joanns fabric. I looked online then went to their 3 different stores to see stuff in person. Found beautiful fabric that hubby and I were excited about. Ashley had given me quotes up front and answered all my questions throughout the process. Chairs were picked up Monday and returned 3 days later by 2 wonderful gentlemen. They look brand new and we plan on enjoying them for a long time.
