I have never met more ruder people both the person you call and also the who answer the phone are both rude don’t even try to speak with anyone wouldn’t let me speak with any manager or owner and also was yalling and have much attitude on the phone these are the nastys people ever I was never able to speak with a owner l was told “no your going to speak to me” I asked why are you being so rude and both lady’s claimed I was rude when i called the night prior I asked could I put in a request for the owner to give me a call the lady said the owner isn’t going to call you back at 7: 30 at night my response I wasn’t expecting to get a call tonight and she continued to say well what do you need I just wanted to speak with the owner and I was spoken to so rudely and I professional

Although my car was towed away the excellence care and team returned and towed my car right back to my yard very quickly well appreasheated thank you

Wanted towing came to the rescue when the work truck got stuck and came quickly which was great because we needed to get moving quickly to stay on track with our jobs for the day. Thank so much

I have to say she’s great at her job! My car is lowered, and ceramic coated, she scooped it up, made it look easy, and not a fingerprint on my car! She took good care of my baby for 7 days (in car jail)

Absolutely amazing people! I was picking up my puppy from Cape Coral Animal Shelter, she had just been spayed. After loading her in the car I had to run their leash back to them and as I walked back up to my car my puppy locked the doors! My phone wallet and keys were all inside the car. Chris came out and got me unlocked very quickly and didn’t even charge me for the call! I mean the cops won’t even do this for people anymore so he did not have to do that. Thank you so much, it was a stressful situation that they showed so much compassion for. I will definitely remember this and I know who I will call for future towing needs! Thanks again!

Best towing company ever. I got the lady driver and she has a great personality which is needed at moments like this. She also helped confirm the problem wit the vehicle. We will always keep this number handy. Oh and quick, she was to me in 30min or less. Couldn't be happier.

I had an accident my car was totaled. I stopped to get my items out of the vehicle and they were so friendly and helpful. Will be billing my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a things.

The lady at the dispatch may hang up the phone on you anytime when you are talking to her, if you are just a truck driver or dispatcher asking for a service they will not help, "they work only with big corporations", per the rude lady that answer the phone

This is the most unprofessional tow company I have ever seenI'm out of state and they gave me a hard time on getting my husband to pick up vehicle they wouldn't allow it without notarize documents even though they had proof that it was mine the title is being stored in the truck and they took it upon themselves to take my title and transfer it into their own name before the 30 days was up I wouldn't recommend having anybody from this company tow a bicycle

Placed an honest review about the service we received. Got a phone call from Wanted threatening legal action over the review. Wow, way to go Wanted. It's not hard to understand why your rating is so low. Screaming at me, as I stated to you on the call, is certainly not making feel better about how my Asst. Mgr.was treated. My initial review was actually higher. I am doing this one personally and publicly in the hopes it may spare others from being so rudely treated.

The person who answers the phone is extremely rude. Sounds like she’s almost mad you’re asking questions about the business. And to answer your reply is funny because I only called 2 times. It’s also funny that most of the reviews call you rude. So all the people calling rude are entitled? Lol Why have a business to be that unprofessional? You’re not fit to have a business. The same effort you put on answering the reviews, should be the same effort you put on your customer service.

This towing service has demonstrated full capabilities in handling our towing needs. They are reasonable with pricing and there when you need them. I will definitely spread the word. Thank you

A very prompt and professional service! If you need someone to show up when they say they will and not mess up your vehicle, these are the people to do it! Won't use anyone else!

Rude I understand there’s laws and everything associated with their business however they don’t want to try to help their customers in any way. Was too dangerous to give me my car after dark… they have a nice set up with an automatic gate I totally understand why it was so dangerous to accommodate me coming from an hour away weeks before Christmas. Thanks for being so great…. Response to owner reply: you have a record of it and I have a receipt tow princess. I will have a blessed day you do the same. Don’t be upset about someone being honest it’s only my experience doesn’t mean it will be others.

Whoever Works your calls should be fired they should not be allowed to talk to customers any kind of way they want
