They are unprofessional, do no research when they make decisions, are slow to respond to emails, and and keep no professionalism between the employees and patients.

WAR overall is a decent place. Is there room for improvement? Yes! Victoria is completely incompetent! She doesn't show up for work on time, ever! The other staff has to pick up her responsibilities. Victoria's responsibility is ordering medication.
I asked her on my FIRST DAY, If sublicade was an option. Without any hesitation, she assured me she could get the sublicade shot ordered. Victoria would have me calling around to find pharmacist that had the medication in stock. The DAY, im out of my suboxone. Anxiety provoking! I asked for an update on the sublicade shot and was told "it's a long process" everytime I asked. I'm now a MONTH out of treatment. Victoria won't respond to me! So I call my insurance company. VICTORIA NEVER APPLIED FOR SUBLICADE!

This program is the place I needed the staff and therapist are helpful and actually cares about the clients. You get your phone after one day they give you freedom but still holds you accountable.

This program has very supportive staff and therapist. The housing is amazing and taken care of, while I was at war the patients were all close and supportive. This program helps you get back on your feet again and genuinely cares about the client's. And a nice pool

WAR is an amazing place. I got sober here and i have been to rehab nine times. This place helped me a lot and I suggest it for many people.

Came out in march and was disappointed because I was still caught up in my addiction and didn’t do well with rules but they really cared about me so much that they let me back in a second time and helped me a lot through the time I wasn’t in. Each place has its short comings but the staff is really a caring staff and they have been in constant contact with me this whole time. In march I was a wanted man on the run and in 6 months time with the help and constant communication I have gotten my charges dealt with I’ve find true peace with life, I’ve made changes I never thought achievable in my life and the most important thing is I’m still alive. I can see a future now, I can see clearly now not going to name all the staff but they really helped me through some dark times, I had my days where I just didn’t want to deal with people, groups, clients and even after everything they still put up with me and pushed me to do better sometimes heaven is in the smallest and most unexpected places I just hate that it’s a 2-4 month program I wish I could stay up here and focus on my independency and finding myself. All love to all the staff who showed they love for me and helped me when I had lost hope in myself I couldn’t have done it alone but now I’m standing on my own two feet with no crutch and I’m extremely thankful
