Ward's Marine Electric reviews
4 Don't hire them. Worst service ever. Came to my boat left it mess and they then told me they can't do the work and they charged me over $1000 to make it worst. Left everything open. And disconnected.
They are unprofessional and dishonest company. Run from them. I hope they will fix what they made worst. I will update my post if they fixed the mess they did.
When we looked for a place to fix the electrical system that we needed, we never imagined the treasure that we would find, an unbeatable work team, simplicity, full knowledge of their work, honesty, excellence in customer service, all the components that they offer of the highest quality, We want to name the workers that we had the honor of knowing: Luis Lopez, general manager, Arian Leon, service manager and engineer Fred Comstock who planned, redesigned and did the labor throughout the system, Fred very knowledgeable about his work, neat and highly recommended work, humane and simple, a true genius of electrical engineering, thanks to everyone in the store for their treatment when entering it, excellence is persived, Blessings and many successes! More than deserved, infinite thanks.
After looking at many options for a Lithium house bank upgrade, I chose to go with who I though would be the best in the business. I waited almost three months to get scheduled, which I understand since everyone is busy. After scheduling, a technician came to the boat and looked at what I had. He told me I could get a diagram of the existing system and proposed upgrade. He was also going to look into a few questions I had regarding different options and would get back to me in a few days. 10 days later, after calling numerous times I received a standard proposal that was not what we discussed for approx. 40k. I reached out again a couple of times about the options we discussed, and an itemized bill for the credit card charge they placed with no response. So all in all, I was charged $1,235.00 for 3 hour visit to the boat and a standard total system replacement quote that does me no good. I would not recommend.
