Warehouse Supplies Direct deserves credit for their superb customer service, with a special highlight of Mireya. Mireya made sure that we received our pallets racks swiftly, after being made aware of a mix up that delayed our receipt of our order the previous month. Not on did she make us whole but she upgrade our order with no additional charge in order for us to receive the items for our new warehouse location in a speedy time frame.
