I can't give enough praise for Kelli and Warensford Well Drilling. Our neighbor was told by another company she needed a new pump and then a couple of days later, a new well. The day after the drilling, our water was reddish-brown. We informed our neighbor, who called her well driller, and they didn't return her call. I wasn't sure why our water was discolored the day after the neighbor's drilling and I was concerned somehow it damaged our well.

I found Warensford online Friday 1/19/24 and called just to ask if the drilling next door could affect our water supply. I told Kelli about the neighbor's situation and wondered about the water table or damage to our well. I had been flushing toilets and running sinks all day and the water was still discolored. She said stop running the inside water because it's just bringing it into to all the pipes. She asked me to text pictures of our well and pump and walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone and through text. I turned on all outside hoses and ran them for an hour. The water was clearing up. She told me to drain the bladder the next morning. So Saturday, I ran 1 hose for an hour to drain the bladder and problem solved!

Kelli's interest in helping someone who wasn't even a customer, to the point of texting back and forth into the next day (Saturday!) assured me that I found the perfect company for our well and pump needs! I called Kelli to seek a second opinion for my well. I was quoted by a different well company for over $5000 because he claimed I needed to replace the pump, etc. Kelli walked me through the diagnostic process and told me that my well was fine. The remaining issue after resetting the well was a plumbing issue, not a well issue. And she was right, a plumber repaired it for less than $200. She was very honest and patient, which is very rare nowadays. After all these consultations, she didn't charge me anything but saved me thousands. I will recommend her to anyone and definitely will use her for my future well needs.

This is the type of business you definitely want to hire! Waking this morning to no water is daunting. I'm really big into researching and reading reviews when looking for someone to perform work I'm not familiar with. Kelli was absolutely fabulous from the initial call through the repairs needed on our well. She is so knowledgeable and capable that you'll actually be able to relax knowing you are in good hands. Don't get me wrong - no one wants to have equipment failure but realizing someone competent is on it is a relief. Thankfully she's quite gracious too! I'm always interested in learning something new and enjoy watching (hopefully without being intrusive) and was completely impressed. She never broke stride but managed to explain her steps. I don't think you could be in better hands!

Our well pump stopped working today, and Kelly came out within 30 minutes of calling. Such excellent customer service! She was able to diagnose and fix our issue within an hour. She also educated us on the health of our pump and what to expect going forward. We will probably have to replace our pump within the next few years and plan on using Warensford Well Drilling.
