Warrior ONE yoga + row + spin reviews
19Warrior One is the most welcoming, inclusive yoga studio I have ever been to. You can tell they really care about building community and a safe place for everyone to practice yoga and feel their best. I always leave feeling super uplifted, flexible and strong! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out yoga or find a place that feels like home.
I signed up this month (a great, introductory membership price at $39, for unlimited classes. The instructors have all been very knowledgable, patient, and welcoming. It has been 3 weeks, and I have learned so much about myself, my body, and the art of different types of yoga. They conveniently offer ZOOM for some of the classes, so if you can not make it to the studio, you still have access. It has been a great experience and I definitely plan on continuing- highly recommend! My life has been significantly better since I began going here. No exaggeration.
Warrior One is truly a special studio. They do such an amazing job balancing both physical and mental health, they love the community and the environment. There are classes for everyone, everything from super gentle and chill classes to power, weights, spinning and rowing. If you are curious about or brand new to yoga or an expert yogi this is the studio for you.
Great Yoga studio! The instructors are always very supportive and helpful, a lot of really great options for classes, so whatever you are in the mood for us covered.
I stumbled upon WarriorONE 4 years ago - I needed a change in my life. I hadn't gone to a yoga class consistently for years. Mornings at this studio quickly became a daily practice - I fell in love with their approach of 'what you do on the mat, you do in life'. They pushed me to my personal growing edge (not the fake instagram growing edge) and helped me deal with years of overly critical perfectionism and unachievable 'bar setting'. I know what you're thinking "but it's just yoga". Sometimes I think that too - but then I see all the incredible change in my life. I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Warrior - and I recommend it for EVERY human, even if you don't want to teach. The skills I learned in that course, changed my approach to my community, to myself and to others. I would not be who I am without the tools from WarriorONE and Kim.
I highly recommend you just give it a try. No experience required.
I highly recommend becoming a part of this studio. They make you feel like part of a community and do fun challenges throughout the year! We just finished up my favorite challenge.the handstand challenge! Fave your Fears and just show up!
My experiences at Warrior Power yoga have been some of the most empowering and life changing moments I have had in a very, VERY long time.
Love love love you guys!
Hot yoga here has changed my life. Taught me how to Connect with myself, after my father passed away 3-16-18 I went through so much stress, depression, anxiety and a blocked sacral chakra. This studio is now a part of what I call maintenance on my life. My wife calls warrior one my second home.
I recommend this studio 1,000%
The MINDBODY app makes it so easy to find the right class to accommodate life’s busy and hectic schedules.
Warrior One is my all time favorite spot in Orlando! From yoga to spinning classes this place is home. Warrior One is committed to the community and you feel that in every class. Check it out! It will change your life <3
This place is pure special and magic. I visited from out of town, and the energy and community and peaceful, authentic, connected vibe is so present in this space. They are so friendly, give many hugs, and deliver a powerful, impactful practice. I look forward to coming back again! Danielle Cosgrove is an amazing teacher!
The rowing classes are good. Good machines and best workout. Old pop music over 110db is my only complaint with some rowing/cycle classes. Only reason I cancelled unfortunately. Grant and Melissa always have great classes. Most inclusive feeling yoga studio in Orlando.
Absolutely love this place. Have found it to be warm, instructive, and welcoming to a beginner like me. The people who teach and manage the studio are amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
If you live at all nearby and have even a passing interest in yoga, you should really try Warrior One. It's a friendly place with something for everyone. I've been practicing here since they opened, and there's a reason they continue to expand: more and more people are finding what they've been looking for here.
Warrior one is more than just a yoga studio, each instructor has an amazing energy that uplifts and inspires you, helping you attain your goals safely. Anyone who enters through their doors are considered family making it feel like home. The classes are tailored to fit any person at any fitness level with so many different classes offered throughout the day everyday including rowing, spin classes, and strength training to name a few. So happy to have found this lovely studio.
This is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It is a powerful place with powerful instructors. I have a spiritual awakening every time I go! And, did I mention I get an AMAZING workout? !
Did my three minute plank yesterday. Warrior One is a great environment that encourages success at all levels.
I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. I felt welcome and challenged to try new things in a safe space. Participating in their handstand challenge has opened up a whole new world for my practice.
I just signed up for my 4th month. They make it easy to go month to month if that’s what you prefer, and the $39 intro plan can’t be beat. I love the teachers and they’re amazing working with Yogis of all levels. I swore I’d never do yoga my whole life, but I’m officially hooked. Love Warrior One!
I have been going to Warrior One on and off for a year or so - the vibe and welcoming atmosphere is nothing I have experienced before at a yoga studio. As my practice became more regular I signed up for the Yoga Teacher Training program- mainly to learn more about the poses and the philosophy behind Baptise Yoga. It has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself - I even signed up for the May Handstand Challenge, which I am proud to say I completed today. #hancha
