Wasabi Steak House, Jacksonville FL

Really wish I could leave 0 stars…to say the least this place is disgusting, filthy, very poor management. Upon entering my family and I were greeted with not only two horrible members of management, A very unpleasant odor also. There were no employees at the bar, the ladies restroom floors were so slippery seemed like it had been mopped with grease, the sinks were moldy, the grill was dirty left over food from previous customers, and to top it all off a freaking ROACH decided to join us for our meal… Crawled right on top of the table. Our waiter was very nice and helpful considering we had a big party. Tj I believe was his name. But I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

Took my family here for dinner. They loved watching the chef cook the meal while doing tricks. They have never been to a restaurant of this kind and I can tell they enjoyed it. If you have family overseas and they come visit you, this is a cool place to eat if they haven’t seen it before.

The place was very loud, the food was not as fresh as usual. The seasoning was off and soup watered down.

Delicious food and great service. I went to this restaurant with my husband for my birthday. We both were highly satisfied with the quality of food and ambience. I would definitely recommend visiting this place!

We absolutely love this place. At first, my father was skeptical. Now he's wanting to go every weekend I can't afford it every weekend. We usually get the same chef. He is so sweet, funny and kid friendly. Look forward to more top service from our favorite place.

The food and the service was great, I had a great time there with my family. I would definitely go there again.

We used to really like this restaurant but the consistency just isn't there anymore. The steak had an awful taste tonight and we even upgraded to the filet. The prices are just to much for inconsistency. Also I just can't justify spending $17 on a kids meal plus extra for a drink at $3.50 for a 5 year old. Wish we would have checked in to that before we went. We normally do not have children with us when we go.

Unprofessional staff. Julie J. Doesn’t know how to talk with customers. She said she is a manager but she can’t talk like a professional. Here is restaurant or dumpster?

I was good with Wasabi at the town center until today I order some fried dynamic rolls so I received at my table they were soft and white so I sent the rolls back and ask them can they fry them hard the way I always had them ok so they sent me some more out well the same one still whit and soft and they cover the whole dynamic rolls up with whatever they put on it now it did not look like a dynamic roll u could not see the meat and rice or nothing so I said I don't want it so the nasty manager came to my
table trying to get me to eat them I said they still real soft she got a Attitude with me and said u going to pay for them well I did not I didn't eat them so she going to tell me don't come back to Wasabi no more she so nasty to customers and she is a manager.

Really enjoyed the dinner here and the chef was the most entertaining one I have seen at one of these places!

THE MEAT WAS REALLY GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS ALSO REALLY GOOD. THE STAFF WAS REALLY HELPFUL. I'LL COME BACK WHEN I VISIT Jacksonville Florida Thank you for making good memories!

Pricey but worth it! The chef was very attentive and he was awesome with our kids. He kept trying to make our 2 yr old laugh and smile. Filet Mignon was top notch, juicy & tender. Shrimp was so good that my 9 yr old (who normally doesn't like shrimp) asked to finish mine as well. My 6 & 9 yr old also enjoyed the "show" with dinner.

This place is amazing! The food, atmosphere, service.all are great! I will definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again.

Good food and service. My concern is I felt rushed after eating. It was a busy night so I guess they had to get as many customers as possible
