Great place great employees.in my opinion one of the best premier waste collections company in North America!
You can smell this place 4-5 blocks away, see trash scattered in the city water drain systems and see waste material stacked two stories
Disgusting! This place has no respect of keeping their surroundings pollution/litter free. Ever since this place opened there is constantly tons of litter around 275 surrounding this place, the property surrounding this place has litter ALL OVER the grassy grounds area, and they have no respect to keep this eye soar clean and out of view of the garbage mountain it constantly is driving by. It's disgusting! No respect and they can't keep up with it. Action speaks!
Terrible Service! I called multiple times to set up an account. Jennifer Customer Service manager doesn't return emails or voicemails. I waited 30 min was connected to a customer service rep shannon and she said hold on and transferred me. How is it a company is self sabotaging? They must not want new customers. Leadership should hire an entire new customer service team. I have yet to get my trash picked up can't get past setting up an account
Call them at 4: 30. They close at 5: 00. This is the only time i’m ava to make a call after 1 week they didn’t pick up our trash. The customer service transfer my call to some numbers then let me wait until 5: 00. Worst service ever!
No signs, no one around to give instructions or tell you where to go or what to do. Had to find another recycle location.
Fantastic place to load. Wish every place I went to had people there were this friendly and helpful.
