This is a contracted Republic Waste
Review. They miss my trash and/or recycling pickup at least twice a week. Now forcing home owners to pay an additional fee annually over and above what’s assessed in taxes. Yeah flies out of the tops of their trucks terrible service provided by Republic. Tired having to issue a missed pickup complaint

Every time I call I get hung up on I just want to have my trash picked up. Makes me not even want to live in Hillsborough county if I have to deal with this BS!

Would would like to thank Mr Dan Burroughs and Bert for the exceptional work that they did in repairing some damage that was unfortunately caused. We have been communicating back and forth and turned a negative situation into a beneficial one for both our small community and Waste Connections.

Two times they have raised my rates more than 75% without notification. I have a business contract with them preventing them from raising rates more than 5% per year but they just ignore the contract and raise the rates as much as they want and then act all confused when called out on their shady business practices.

The sales person said that we don’t have to separate the trash then the trash guy did not want to pick it up. I called to complained that I was never informed That yard waste cannot go in a dumpster, and a guy from the sales department hanged up on me. He did not listen.

Kara Stewart is always so helpful. She response to emails quickly and makes sure our job sites always has what they need done as soon as she can along with the dispatch team!

I have door to door service and they have missed me 3 times and I have to call many times to get service and it takes 3 days for pick up! I have a tumor on my spine and I can not push this container out to the street! Please pay more attention to your job we. Count on you!

Great company, I have nothing but good things to say about there responsiveness and ability to follow through when I have called with my concerns.

Not organized. Horrible pay for how much work you have to do. Very very back breaking qork qhen you first start they start you out with yard waste with guys that dont know how to train you pretty much have to figure it out on your own. Bad place to succeed.

I have had nothing but great service, not to say that I haven't been "tagged" for being out of compliance but after calling customer service I found out that yeah it really was my fault and they picked up my yard trimmings the following week after I bundled and cut down my yard trimmings. We have had the same drivers in my neighborhood for as long as I can remember and they are very friendly and clean.

The recycling truck came by so fast grabbed the bin. Flung it so fast a glass bottle flew out and across the road and smashed on the road. This was ignored and just kept moving on. SLOW DOWN and clean up!

Wish I could give them a lower score. First they don't pick up for a week and we finally had to get a Supervisor to come pick it up. Then only one of out 2 trashcans now they throw the trash all over the road. I have pics of the trash on the road.

I live in triple creek and I really have nothing bad to say. I have been here 8 months and all has been good.

They havent picked up trash since tues dec 19 called since wed dec 27 everyday given a new time.still no pickup this is bullfrogcreek bar right in hwy 41 in gibsonton.thanks to nothing.worse rateing

If I could give a zero I would! If you need yard waste picked up - FORGET IT. I have been trying for a month to get a small, cut up, stacked, brush pile removed. All I get is excuses and "we will get to it within 24 hours". These guys make Republic look good! And, if you have any large item to get rid of, there is no free pick up (not even once a year). They charge $20 for a small size mattress pad. And, it sits out there for weeks until they get around to it.

AWFUL, very rude drivers and will not pick up anything not in a trash can, even if the yard waste is bundled according to their "rules. " THEY ARE LAZY!

Will NEVER do business with Progressive again as long as I live! I would rate them negative if I could. Everyone at the Riverview office are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life! Especially Dan, I had an issue that I needed his help with and he was so rude and condescending making mean comments and threats very unprofessional!

Our trash and recycling was not picked up today. This has happened before a few times. The neighbors have trash piled up from the hurricane. I called the company, and someone told me they would be out today. They never showed up. I frequently have to call for missed recycling pickup.

This is the only waste service company in my area and they have not picked up my garbage since I started the service 3 weeks ago despite paying a $30 activation fee and a quarter service payment in advance. Every time I call the supervisor gives me excuses and yet still it has not been picked up.

They are by far the rudest, laziest drivers I have ever seen. And the customer service is horrible as well. The drivers always leave trash all other the place that was originally IN the dumpster. THEN the customer service rep asked me if the trash was overflowing. Seriously? No it was stacked nicely in the dumpster and regardless if it was overflowing or not they need to pick up THERE mess. SO disgusting and disrespectful!
