Watch & Jewelry Repair Miami Beach

Everyone here was super nice and helpful. I came in with two watches that I wasn’t sure how to resize and they helped me right away for free. I will definitely be back to get my batteries changed and to browse jewelry soon!

I cannot praise this business enough. I simply needed three watch batteries so I walked up to the store. As soon as Inwalked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. The lady treated my watches with great care. I was offered a seat and water and enjoyed a good conversation while I waited. I was so comfortable there that I bought more than I initially intended. Thank you for reminding me what awesome customer service feels like!

Luis the jeweler, did such an amazing job fitting my engagement ring. He did it same day and made sure it fit perfectly. Everyone that works in the store is very nice and pleasant.
