Very bad experience with the attention they sell fake products and do not make changes due to damage to their products

Every time I have been to this store, the salesperson Lashon has been wonderful. She is knowledgeable about the inventory and always helpful and attentive. Love to shop here, I will be back!

Lashon is amazing every time I got to watch station she always has everything I need ready to go. If I have any questions she always has the answers definitely recommend this store and When you go ask for Lashon!

Was at this store today. There were 2 employees talking and took them a little while to ask me if I needed help.
I young and nice girl came to help me, show me different watches and gave the price on them.
When I decide what I wanted and went to pay they gave me a totally different price.
When I said that the price was different from what they told me originally the manager just went off saying that that one was not the price they told me and that I was asking to many questions. I could get it or leave!

I liked browsing through here! The watches, though not my cup of tea were neat to look at product to product, brand to brand. Stores a little small but that's what you'd expect, very clean though, well kept, and easy to walk around in. Didnt need costumer service but they seemed pretty knowledgeable in what they were doing! Give this place a go like I did, even if they dont have your preferred kind of watches!

The attention here was excellent. I bought a watch and needed to reduce the belt watch and the made it fast. Thank you.

I visited the watch station located inside the Sawgrass Mills Mall on Friday November 13th, 2020 and let me tell you it was an unbelievable experience that I would never forget for as long as I lived. From the moment I walked in until the time I left. The service that was provided to me by Andres was exceptional, very welcoming, warm and sincere. I don't normally write reviews but I definitely wanted to recognize him for his patience, kindness, and the fact that he kept his word and valued my time. Did I also mention a great listener You can tell that he was raised well. What started as a frustrating situation when I left home turned out to be a great success and unbelievable surprise.
I came in for a simple situation and left extremely happy. Often times us customers we complain about the service but never give someone the recognition that they truly deserved. To all my friends if you ever in need of getting a great fashionable watch or any issues you may have with your watch please go see Andres at watch station located inside the Sawgrass Mills Mall. You will not be disappointed Overall the entire staff is very friendly, nice, and patient. GREAT AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Once again thank you for making feel so valuable and special.
