Charles was very efficient and pleasant, although quiet. Our elevator was out so he had to carry the water heater up by himself-no complaints. He came within the scheduled timeframe and called when he was on the way.
Work was done.

Replaced my water heater that had to be replaced not because it was malfunctioning but because my homeowners insurance company said they wouldn’t renew my insurance unless I had the water heater replaced before my renewal date. The Water Heater Guy had my new tank installed in two days! The installer was very pleasant and should receive a pay increase!

Even 5 weeks after hurricane Ian Water Heater Guy was out the same day I called to replace a bad water heater, I didn't think they would be out for days, it was only hours when Charles was at my front door. Charles was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Very professional and cleaned up everything. I can't recommend these guy's enough!

Buisness owner is a liar.had an issue with the upper element not turning on.claimed he never did the job for me that he doesnt give paper reciepts only email.i told him i have a paper reciept that says i have a 6 year parts and labor warranty.i threatened him with legal action and now he thinks hes not responsible.im afraid this buisness wont be in exsistance after im done with him

Complete water heater replaced 7/22 never any issues. Trop Ian hits and I lost power for 6 days. Had breakers to off position to prevent power surge. Power was restored 5 days ago but water heater no working. Called and had appt yesterday between 2-4. I received text at 4: 30 while I was at delayed doctor's appt and informed running late requesting reschedule for today at 9am. Tech comes in and says he hears water heater humming when I reset breaker but breaker trips after a few minutes. Trech says it's electrical issue and leaves. I never had issues and every other breaker is fine. Will now get electrician and hope that fixes the problem. My complaint is I waited 2 days for appt that no one showed. Poor timely informing customer of service person missing scheduled appt.
Update 10/14. Replacement of heater elements done today only after I had expense of removing breaker and having it tested. Found to be good. We'll see how this repair works. One concern is the elements that were removed, both upper and lower were dual elements yet the new ones installed were both single elements. I concerned that water will not be as efficiently heated with higher capacity elements. I do not have confidence that unit was properly repaired. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Promptly replaced our hot water heater after our old one burst overnight. Very responsive and good with texting details.
