I have used this company for the last 5 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. It is difficult to find a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and they have always surpassed my high expectations. I don't mind spending more money on something knowing I bought from a local company and an individual who is an expert in his/her field. Someone willing to spend time educating me on the right product for my family has value to me and will always earn my business. That was my intension going into Water Purification Products. What I got was a guy who rolled his eyes when I asked a question and then complained to me that he would need to give me a chemistry lesson based on my filtration needs and questions. The funny part was that I had a $1000 budget to buy whatever he recommended but he was so busy with what I guess was a predetermined mindset that he didn't allow me to even finish asking my questions prior to giving me this inappropriate attitude. He needs to be reminded that when you have a retail store selling specialty products people will ask questions. I will take my chances on line, buying a filter through Amazon.
