Do NOT use this company! They are scam artists.
I had my system installed in the garage to avoid issues with weather. I was told that if it was installed in the garage, I could take the display cover off because its inside.so i did. The past 2.5 years I have had them come out 3X to fix the display that keeps going out. Keep in mind I have a "lifetime warranty. "
The day for installation, technician they had come out to install was high and tweaking. He hooked it up to the sewage flush out illegally and incorrectly, causing backup in the house resulting in excavation to fix the sewer pipe that had filled up with dirt as a result.
Fast forward to today, I called to have the display fixed under warranty AGAIN. They told me that if I did not buy another cover for the system ($70) then my warranty would be void under neglect.
The technician just showed up and told me that it would be over $200 to put it on. $70 for the piece of plastic, $34 for the service call and whatever other amount for labor equaling over $200.
I told him to forget about it, I am not paying that kind of money when it should be covered under warranty. He left and then actually came back and told me that they are going to charge me $140 anyway so I might as well get the display replaced so that I am not paying for nothing. (the technician was an awesome guy.) So I did. Now I have a new display that will go out most likely within 6 months and my warranty is void.
When the system breaks completely it will be set down on the curb for the trash because that is what it is worth. Trash.
I vow to spread the word to anybody and everybody about how worthless this system and this company is. No one should be scammed out of hard earned money as it's being done to me right now.

We was out of town and we did not have an appointment for the service. They said they tried to call but got no answer. We was out of town. They came anyway before confirming the service date. Not happy. We already have an invoice for the service trip. Why would anyone come to do the service without confirming?

Brad was the technician that came to our home and was in the time frame told to us by the office.
He attended to the service necessary and also helped me with different topics about the system, Efficient, professional and friendly. A good man, and we hope that he will be with Water Tech for years to come.

This is a great and consistent water treatment service group. I was skeptical when I bought the filter initially coming so soon after I bought my house as if the filter people were getting leads from those who just bought houses which was kind of cheesy to me. BUT, after having bought one and having the consistent and good service for the past 10 years, I am very happy and would highly recommend their products as well as any offers they may have for maintenence. It is well worth it. Had to have the motor replaced once and some other small things, worth it. I can't say it enough. Worth it.
