Carlos and Nelson in the sales department are some of the nicest, most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Both Nelson and Carlos went out of their way to diagnose my boat's A/C issues over the phone. Carlos went as far as facetiming me to see what was going on and help me figure out the right solution. Trust these guys to help you even if you're not located in FL as I am in MD and the over-the-phone service was as close to them being there as we could make it. Highly recommend!

I ordered an item nine days ago. I never received a tracking number and I’ve called twice and emailed and have never heard back.

I usually don't write reviews. However Carlos and the team at Water Yacht Solutions went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had a 2012 Dometic marine AC unit that stopped working. I bought a new model from Carlos that replaced my old model. However upon installation it wouldn't cool. Carlos spent time on the phone with me to diagnose. He then sent me another new unit to try. That also would not cool. He then sent me a third unit that is a different older model which works great! Seems like there was an incompatibly issue with the newest model and my pumping system. Carlos and team were amazing. They never gave up. Highly recommended

I purchased a new boat air conditioner (ECD 16) from Water Yacht Solutions back in February. The unit works great and it is very quiet at night. My wife loves it. They had the best price online and the shipped it for free. I will definitely recommend this company. Nelson and Peter really know what they do.

Excellent customer service. These guys helped me find a replacement display for my old marine air conditioner. I had an SMX II keypad that was no longer working. They recommended a modern touch screen as a replacement that just looks nice. The explained step by step what I need to do to install the new version of the display. It took me less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Water Yacht Solutions.

Great customer service! They repaired my acs in my bertram 41 in a couple of hours when everyone else told me it would take 2 days. They even serviced and descaled the system. They know all these systems inside out and give you recommendations to avoid issues. Highly recommended!

I called to repair an ac unit and they charged me $370 just to put freon and replace a valve. After 5 hrs the ac stopped working properly (low pressure). I called them back and they told me that I had to buy a new unit. They never checked if there was a leak.
Thank God I found another authorized dealer that came and found the leak. Since then the AC is working perfect.
For this reason I do not recommend this people. They wanted to convince me that the boat needed a new unit instead of looking for the problem.it was just a leak that was repaired by a real technician in less than 1 hour.
I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I think it is fair that other boat owners know about my experience.

We have been used Water Yacht Solutions for over 6 years now. We had our A/C unit replaced almost three years ago. We also have a maintenance contract with them. Technicians always arrive on-time, perform a complete required service on the system and, also provide recommendations for system enhancement. We’re very pleased with their products, service and workmanship. Sales representatives as well as the technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are unbeatable. The owner, Nelson has a great personality plus knows his work. We give the highest marks available. Highly recommend this company.
