Beautiful building, the team is thoroughly supportive and always goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is clean, fresh and the dining experience is 2nd to none. I would recommend this community to anyone!

The decision to have our Nana move into an assisted living home was a tough one to make. We looked into many facilities, but after seeing Watercrest and meeting with the staff we knew this was a home for her. I feel that her being there has increased her health, happiness, and overall well being. Everyone there from Cheryl to the nurses, front desk, dining staff, and recreational staff have all become friends and really look after her. I come by many days a week to check on my Nana and hang with her, and when I run into staff its like running into your friends.

I highly recommend this location for your family members quality of life that everyone deserves.

I cannot say enough about this facility and the professional people who work there. It is a true home away from home for those who need assistance with their daily life. I could not have found a better place for my mom. So happy I found Watercrest and I highly recommend.

As an outside contract and business partner I can say that Watercrest winter park has always been great to work with. It is apparent in every dealing that I have had with staff members that they care immensely for their residents and always act in their best interests. All of their staff make coming here a great experience!

We moved my mother-in-law into the Memory Care section of the community. We are so pleased with her progress since she has been there. It is a beautiful, clean and fun place for her. The socialization is so much better for her than when she was at home with 24/7 care

The memory care section of this place is deplorable. Hygiene is not done, showers are unheard of. Food preferences ignored. In 6 months the room has had housekeeping service 2x. Beds made with feces in sheets. Staff has no compassion but plenty of excuses. Totally disorganized. Horrible place. Staff is completely inexperienced. Covid present in the building. Despite signs to wear a mask. Staff does not.

As a Healthcare provider who visits communities regularly and a person who has resided in other communities myself, I would highly recommend Watercrest Winter Park for their outstanding resident care, team work and coordination of staff, the amazing upkeep of the community property and grounds, and most imporantly, the caring and passionate associates.

It is a beautiful facility in a great location in Orlando, with a truly caring and compassionate staff. The rooms are really nice, and the food and activities both seem to be excellent! Highly recommend!

My mother had been at the Watercrest community in Port St Lucie for 8 months when we decided she would need to be closer to our family in Winter Park. After a very positive experience in PSL we knew the Watercrest WP community would be a great move. From Devin's apartment prep to Dominque and Joanna's medical care to Declan's welcoming and positive attitude the entire staff at Watercrest Winter Park made my mom's transition seamless.

As a fellow Health Care professional in Orlando, I can say this building operates at the highest level of competency and attention to detail I’ve seen. They have a beautiful atmosphere and a very helpful staff. Couldn’t recommended a better community.

Perhaps this community should be labeled a senior living resort rather than an assisted living. The building and grounds are stunningly beautiful, the staff greats you with smiles and courtesy, and you see happy active residents enjoying the many amenities throughout the community.

I’ve had the pleasure of attending many of their special events involving the residents and staff. The Dining Services Team always puts on an incredible spread of delightful culinary treats that is best described as something pictured in Martha Stewart Living Magazine.

Most of all, the shear bliss on the residents faces enjoying this lifestyle says it all, this community is top notch and the Management Team should be commended.

It was a difficult decision to move my mom into an assisted living facility but the minute I entered watercrest in Winter Park - I knew the correct decision was made. Watercrest is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The staff is top notch always with a smile and extremely efficient. The food is delicious and the wait staff is so friendly. This place has been amazing with my mother. When my father passed away we were worried about her living situation - this was literally the best care decision we’ve made. They are exceptionally skilled at ensuring engagement from the residents. Among them …creating activities, coordinating health care and ensure medications are taken timely.

My mother has never been happier! I am happy to recommend them for anyone that is in search of quality care.

Mom was part of the Watercrest community for several years. I cannot say enough about the staff and leadership at Watercrest. The level of care and connection that the caregivers had with my Mom was nothing short fo amazing. Their memory care unit is second to none. They alwys found solutions to the challenges presented by moms declining health. The faciltiy is spotless clean, warm and welcoming. Our Senior Living Placement Specialist guided us to Watercrest last year after a horrible experience at another facility. The moment my mother arrived, it felt like home to her and us. They literally rolled out the Red Carpet! The staff is exceptional, the food is 5 star, and the living conditions are spa-like. We loved every aspect of my mother's stay at Watercrest. We could have not asked for a more lovely place for her to live. I highly recommend that you look no further for a senior living facility.
