As a manager in the retail business I understand the importance of customer service and the impact of has on the people you do business with. Feeling at home and in comfort in a please that would usually bring anxiety and stress makes that experience so mutch better. That's exactly what I received at Waterford lakes family Dental friendly staff that made me feel at home from the moment I walked in.

I always have good experiences with dental work here. Dr. Maxine Moncrieffe is skilled and knowledgeable as a dentist. I have recommended this office to many friends.

I've been with these people for about 2 years. TODAY I call to reschedule an appointment after I waited for 2 weeks to see them before the holidays and I'm talking December 14.who closes for 2 weeks? I was in pain for 2 weeks and could not see my dentist and they didnt even have a message saying they would be gone or anything (so unprofessional) so for cancelling my appointment she wants to charge me 50 dollars, its Monday and you people dont even work on fridays, how am I supposed to cancel 24hours prior when you are not even there? She said I signed it when I first went in and I probably did.but how about a heads up, hey if you miss or reschedule another appointment there will be a 50 dollar fee.but nooo.
The front desk robot delivered the news with no empathy whatsoever. Time to find a new dentist.

I had a great experience for my first appointment! Dr. Moncrieffe and her staff are awesome. They did a very comprehensive exam, answered my many questions, and devised a treatment plan to fit my schedule. I highly recommend!

Great staff and dentist! They helped ease my anxiety and were very kind! Cleaning and work done were very quick!

I am not the type to leave reviews but I feel it is the right thing to do in this case. I was referred here by my ortho for a simple cleaning in which i was diagnosed with 6 cavities. Being that I had all my dental work completed before I got my braces installed I found this diagnoses very hard to believe, they scheduled me for these fillings 2 days later. I found it weird that they did 100 xrays (not exaggerating) & did not show me any of the cavities I supposedly had. I asked the front desk lady if I could see the xrays & she printed them out (strategically leaving out the images of the "decayed" teeth needing the fillings), long story short, I went & got a second opinion and was informed that I had ZERO cavities. The second dentist was absolutely appalled by the diagnoses from Maxine & told me do not let them touch my teeth. I could not believe these people were about to drill holes in 6 of my teeth for absolutely no reason. When I called to cancel & explain they were being dishonest, they basically denied & put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I would not recommend this dentist by any means. They are money hungry & dishonest. Worst dental experience ever. On top of that they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a cleaning, that is supposed to be free which they changed after I spoke up. Moral of the story is DO NOT GO HERE, you have been warned.

The dental hygentist was great. The front desk was not kind at all. I had to cancel an appointment because I am in horrific pain and after a 15 minute hold she picks up the phone and hangs up. I then have to call back for her to say. It will be 50 dollars for the cancellation. I mean I had read the reviews but figured I never had a too terrible experience. But the lack of empathy and apology for keeping someone on hold for 15 minutes is not okay. I cancelled all my future appointments. I should be able to see a dentist that is considerate from start to finish.

Dr. Moncrieffe has a very soothing and serene personality! Great office, staff and atmosphere. AAAAA+

Excellent dental care. Dr Moncrieffe removed all of my Amalgam fillings and replaced. Several caps installed. Special cap with post also installed.

Andrew is awesome! He knows a lot about how your dental health affects your overall health. Also, Maxine Momcrieffe makes dental care affordable with or without insurance. Please check them out.

My family has only had wonderful experiences at this office. The entire staff is very friendly, good with the kids, and are very honest and forthright with their recommendations. Great dental company all around.

Dr. Moncrieffe and her staff have NO communication. I was told something different every visit. I then started a root canal and was told the cap could not be put on until my wisdom teeth were removed for another considerable amount of money. I was not informed before the procedure that this was a necessity, and it was not listed as a part of my treatment plan. I also needed an extraction, I was provided with a referral to another facility for the extraction. I was seen by that dentist and then informed that he does not do extractions, he only does root canals. Very unacceptable and un knowledgeable staff. I would NOT recommend this dentist. Please do not waste your time.

Terrible service and adds on work that is not in treatment plan. I also had a cavity filled and at the next visit I was told I needed this tooth filled again, because it has 2 cavities. Needless to say I am very skeptical of Dr. Moncrieffe. I was told as well that I need four cleanings per year to prevent gum disease (two cleanings are covered per year by insurance). I received a second opinion with another dentist who recommends two cleanings per year, which is acceptable. Not pleased at all with this office nor the staff.
