Worst management office. The washers and dryers have been broken for months. Now they are towing cars that don't have the guest pass, but then they are not available in the office to resolve the issue. Makes no sense. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place, but management has really brought it down. Also, the HOA fees are way higher than any other condo. It's sad because as owners and residents we feel taken advantage of and definitely mistreated. Zero stars.

Horrible place with terrible management and board.
I purchased a unit in this complex. From day one I knew I made a mistake,
After about three weeks there was a knock on my door at about 5pm.
It was the maintance department and they told me not to go on my patio as there were rebar problems. The next day I went to the management office to see what was going to be done as one of my dogs love to sit out on the patio. The president of the condo was there and said "your dog is small so she will not make it crash". This was not what I expected, I waited a month and had not had anyone ever look at the problem. I put my unit up for sell. Someone finally came any looked and yes there were problems in three area's of the patio and I would hear from them. Four months later when I closed on the unit I had still never heard anything.
Don't but or rent here. Maintenance is very high for only partly coverage of reserves, nothing is ever repaired. The roadway is not paved, there is no security. The washer and dryer in building is always broken and people are not nice.
Buyer beware

I have owned here for about a year. The management has helped me when I’ve asked. The facilities are taken care of. Two pools and good location near 95. Not perfect, but a good place.

This place has termites and Ana refuses to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in her professionalism.

While it is a nice place conviently located on the water the management is horrible. For one you can ask a simple question at the office and they are almost always incredibly rude to you. There are always issues with property managers stealing funds. Cars get broken into and nothing ever gets done about it. It took them over 10 years to repair the clubhouse from Hurricane Wilma while they still had a high maintenance bill. They have a secret society where unless you are in the circle you have no idea what is going on as an owner. Their answer is to go to the meeting but it's nothing more than directors telling people to shut up when owners voice their concerns. Very sad because all in all it is a nice place to live if only it was managed better. I have never been somewhere where it was okay for employees to be flat out nasty to paying customers and as an owner paying maintenance I AM A CUSTOMER. Hope it gets better

I've lived here for a year, it's a disgusting community in disrepair, the parking lot is full of cracks and potholes, there's little black and brown roaches coming out of bathtub drain, kitchen drain, and sinks, there's gnats hundreds flying into apartments because trash shoot isn't properly maintained, there's a few crazy tenants that roam the neighborhood looking to gossip and cause problems, lately the smell of marijuana from balconies.
There's constantly new unsavory tenants moving in and out, and cars are broken into even with cameras.
The building has cast iron pipe that backs up. The place is poorly managed and unfriendly staff are found in management. Do not buy. Do not rent here. U were warned!

Hate this place. Potholes. Gnats. Flies. Rundown. Poor management with bad attitude. Like a bad prison.

Terrible place to live. Management is terrible. Noisy place. Fights at night. Badly kept. Visitors parking is always full
