I lived here for one year. They went through three property managers and three assistants. Wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone.

My uncle used to live here. He was forced to move a month ago for having unauthorized people living with him. The manager Brooke made him sign papers to move. We found out the lady Ana did not add his roomates to the lease. I would not recommend living here they will kick you out when it's ther own fault. They don't care they left my uncle homeless.

Our family also got thrown out in the streets. The manager Brooke did not give us a chance to explain and my parents don't understand english. She forced them into signing a paper saying they would move out. We also had Ana and she did their paper work, we never even signed a lease. These people are shady and throw people out for their mistakes. We are from Mexico and we complained of a neighbor using racism words and even threathen to call ICE, Brooke did nothing about the white man and next thing you know we have to leave for a lease that was not done correctly by Ana. She shady and tells us not to worry. Now we homeless. They don't care unless you are a White person.

You can never get a hold of anyone. Phones are never answered and the 2 blonde females are ignorate and unprofessional. Brooke the manager told my dad from Guatamala he couldnt apply unless he had a bank account. My white friend went back the next day and he was told he could use paystubs or a bank account. Do I need to say anymore.

While the new tech Manny was on an emergency call, I had a minor work order I put in and because he was here he went ahead and completed it. Thank you for going above and beyond Manny

Michelle was very helpful, and professional. She was able to help us easily navigate the application and move in process. The property is very nice and has a lot of great amenities.

I would just like to possibly save someone who may be looking at this place some future headaches. The property is not secure even the maintenance staff went in my apartment and stole a vintage sewing machine that is irreplaceable and my wife adored.on a separate occasion they were changing ac filters and they left the master key in my door and left the door open and it was that way when I got home that night around 7pm all the people from the surrounding neighborhood use the pool and they had the nerve to raise my rent 300 dollars.this is the worst experience I've ever had.they are lucky if I don't have the maintenance guy that stole from us arrested

Very nice community. It's much better than just a year ago. The new management has done a nice job. Enjoying the monthly events too!

I stop by the office a few weeks back looking for a 3 bedroom apartment and this clowns quoted me $5000.00 per month. I laugh and walked away. I don’t know if the quoted me that high of a price because they are racist and they don’t want Hispanic in the property or because management are flat out dumb and are on fentanyl.
