Get technical support for your business so you don’t lose good customers because the secretary repeats herself and hangs up on you. Rude. I wanted to talk to the plumber and she said the plumber doesn’t talk to customers. Wow. Bad customer service because of a secretary that’s not properly trained. I was looking for a new system not to talk about my old system. The website has a lot of information and I wanted to ask the plumber for the best recommendation. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hanging up on a customer because you can’t answer technical questions, it’s just not acceptable.

Expert sales person visited out home and explained in detail options and advantages. Also installer technician was very professional and did a very nice job on the installation and instructions.

Waterlux came out yesterday to install the water softener/filter combination unit. While their installer Vlad was here there was an issue with the main water line from the city which delayed work for 3 hours. He waited and assisted with the repair and stayed to finish the installation even though he ended up being here for over 7 hours, compliments staying with the job until it was finished. We just started using the system so can't comment on that yet.

Awesome company, Catrina was very helpful in explaining their Water filtration system and it’s benefits. The technician Vladimir was very experienced and knowledgeable about the product and the best way to install it. He mounted a new dedicated purified water faucet directly into my granite counter top, he had the experience and tools to do the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!
