The techs were solid, pulled the well, replaced the broken pipe and had everything fixed quickly. Pricing is fair, and most importantly I had an issue with a small leak after installation. They came right in and had it fixed with no extra charge. Sometimes issues arise, but the company quickly making good on their work shows strong dedication and great customer service. I would definitely recommend to my neighbors and use them again

Used to love this place but after hurricane Ian they wanted to charge $200 just to come to your home -not including what it may cost to fix it. Water Medic came out and fixed it for a little over $200

If I could give 0, I would, worst service provider I ever had, counting all trades, I'm a Manager at a big restoration company and deal with several providers. Since I switched to this company for my well system maintenance my life is being a nightmare, either system is shooting water to my neighbors house because someone forgot to reprogram the system, or arriving at the house with absolutely no water becuase someone forgot to turne it on, or smelly water (what never happened in my life in this house). The last smelly water problem took them 4 days to show up (told he was showing up Friday, didn't and told me tehy don't work weekends) and after the LEAD TECHNICIAN solve the problem, the hous still smells and they said it's normal (?). If you want a good service, find another company

Terrible, 10 days without water and a pregnant woman needs it! If they are irresponsible, they will be legally charged!

Im not sure what happened to basic customer service but our tech was awful. Initially we had to get an oncall person on the weekend who left us with no water because he was there only 20 minutes. When the other tech came out there he replaced the necessary things but didnt complete the whole job. Our water still smells! There was no hello, no, hey lets make sure everything is working okay, didnt even let us know he was done and leaving. The professionalism was non existent. First impressions are still important.

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Water Man 911 to replace a sub pump inside of a holding tank. My initial review highlighted their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and personal issues among the staff. However, my ordeal with this company has taken an even worse turn. I strongly advise everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Water Man 911, as they have proven to be untrustworthy, unorganized, and nothing short of scammers.

Not only did Water Man 911 fail to provide a receipt for the initial service, making it difficult to prove their involvement, but now they are trying to charge me an additional $800 to replace the pump. This comes after they previously replaced the pump on June 17 of last year. When I first had the pump installed, they assured me of a five-year parts warranty and one-year labor warranty. However, they conveniently ignore their own warranty terms and attempt to extort more money from their customers.

The lack of proper record-keeping and failure to honor their own warranty terms clearly demonstrate Water Man 911's disregard for their customers' rights and well-being. Their unprofessionalism and disorganization are unacceptable and serve as a glaring warning to anyone considering their services.

Furthermore, the son's apparent substance abuse issues and the owner's tendency to discuss his personal problems, such as his divorce, during interactions with customers, only add to the overall negative experience. It is clear that Water Man 911 prioritizes personal matters over providing quality service and maintaining professionalism.

In light of these developments, it is evident that Water Man 911 is nothing more than a group of scammers. Their attempts to overcharge and their blatant refusal to stand by their warranty claims are deeply concerning. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unorganized, and solely focused on taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I implore anyone considering Water Man 911 for their services to think twice. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money or rely on their services. Their actions have shown that they are not committed to providing quality service or honoring their agreements. It is in your best interest to seek out reputable and trustworthy alternatives instead.

In conclusion, Water Man 911 is a company to avoid at all costs. Their attempts to overcharge, failure to honor warranties, and overall lack of professionalism make them unworthy of your trust. Do not fall victim to their deceptive practices. Stay away from Water Man 911 and protect yourself from these scammers.

Waterman911 and their crew where great! They got to us within the same day of calling. We had to get a stuck well pump out of the well and install a new one. The crew got the stuck pump out within an hour. We where shocked. They replaced with all new pump and parts. 5 star rating. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your water needs. We also signed up on their monthly service plan and they gave us a combo deal for monthly service and pool cleaning. We are new customers and will continue to use there services. Thank you Waterman911!

So I do some testing at about 6: 45 a.m. On a Saturday. Sure enough, the well pump is kaput. Always on a weekend, right!

I log on to one of the advisor sites, put in my information and I'm on the phone with Tommy, the owner of Waterman911, at 7 a.m.

4 hours later I'm up and running. The well is 20' deeper, new pipe, wires, rescue line.and an unexpected bonus.an new pressure switch.

The reality is that 4 hours could have been much shorter but me and my wife kept interrupting Mike and Anthony when they were trying to work. (Plus we made them stop and east some pizza with us).

What a day! What an experience! What a team of professionals!

From the first call with Tommy until Mike and Anthony walked around picking up every speck of trash and testing the system.perfection!

Sure, you don't want your well pump going out on a weekend but if it does call Waterman911. You'll be treated with respect, have top notch technicians fixing whatever ails you and have no buyers remorse.the price will be fair.you will be the recipient of TRUE VALUE.

Local folks taking care of the local community, just like it should be.

Lazy Lazy Lazy. Their hours of operation say they open at 8: 30am but they are never there at 8: 30 or 8: 40 or even 8: 50. I used their service before but quickly canceled when I watched a young man show up to my house - to service my water system- walk around the system and leave. The kicker was that I had placed the basket upside down to see if they would fill it but it was still upside down when I got home that evening. They also have the worse customer service as it’s unprofessional to YELL at a customer much less hang up on them. Nope not from my pocket! The food truck in their parking lot is open more than they are smh

Called to get a quote on my water system that was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. They said it would be over $100 and would be considered a service call. If you’re looking for quotes there are other reputable companies that won’t charge you for a simple quote. Don’t settle for these individuals.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They completely messed up my system, stole my pump, charged me almost 4000 and won’t respond and never fixed the fact that there is still no water in the house.

Unfortunately company has reverted to price gouging after hurricane Ian. Charged $200.00 for service call and$400.00 for pressure tank that was $200.00 2yrs ago. All cash and hooked up well water.to house bypassing filtration tanks. Wants $8000.00 for new system that cost $3500.00. Be careful. If

We are a current customer and I called to get an appt to replace our softener lost during Ian. Was told $200 for call plus parts, etc.they adv FREE estimate. Lady says with Ian it’s now $200. Price gouging and false advertising. What a horrible thing to do and say.

I had a service contract from my wall equipment with them for years because I didn’t have time for the upkeep assuming they would do that. Right after and my equipment stopped working and it was the same part they had replaced three weeks prior. I decided to fix it myself and they told me they would sell the part to me for $70. As I started inspecting equipment I started noticing inches of dirt and leaves and fills in the water softener in the holding tank. It’s not worth paying a service to just dump salt in your tank for $60 plus a month not to mention there was no salt in my tank and the empty plastic chlorine tabs they were putting in my water they were disposing of in my holding tank! I went there to try to replace some parts and they tried to sell me to use lids that they found on the side of the road one missing a cap for $50. All I can say is wow so much for customer service.

They used to only charge $70 for service calls now they’re charging $200 just to come and look plus whatever the repair cost is. Woman that was working seemed annoyed that I was even there. I told her we tried calling but I know they’re busy so that’s why I decided to come and see if I can speak to someone. She also told me they are ONLY taking cash right now. Went to another well known company and asked them what their service fee was and they aren't charging for estimates and told me it would be $250-$350 to repair our system. Seems like Waterman 911 is taking advantage of peoples desperation due to Ian and it’s wrong. I completely understand that they’re swamped right now. But that still doesn’t make it okay to be mean and take advantage of the community. We’re all going through a tough time right now.
