Amazing customer service! Great prices and deals. The best part is even though interior part is self service there is a young gentleman named Austin who is amazing and will come out and help you wipe you car down and do your tires for you! Such a great spot!

I am very disappointed with Waters car wash. I used to have a membership and I used to really enjoy going to this car wash. In recent months, they’ve started having people stand out by the pay machines and basically harass you into buying a membership no matter how many times you tell them no you just want a single wash. Today was my last straw. I pulled into the single Wash line there were two other cars in front of me. They were chitchatting for 10 to 15 minutes while at least 15 cars went ahead of me on the right two lanes. So I reverse and I go over to one of the empty right lanes, and I tried to buy a single wash with the touchscreen. The touchscreen wasn’t working, so I asked the guy standing at the other one if the machine was broken and he said no, are you an unlimited member and I said no. He said the lane is for unlimited members only. I told him that I’ve been sitting in that single lane for 15 minutes and it hasn’t moved they’re just talking he said I’m sorry that lane is only for unlimited. I said well that’s ridiculous and he told me that I should just be A member. I am so uncomfortable going there treated so poorly. I reversed out of that line and I will never go to waters car wash again.

I’m not one for bringing my car to a car wash so having tried this one with ceramic glaze I’m now hooked. The shine is fantastic and they supply everything you need to detail. Their vacuums are incredibly strong and makes the job of vacuuming so quick.

Do NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL BE ROBBED. I was forced to sign up for a $20 promotion, and then continued to be charged a reoccurring payment that I did NOT AUTHORIZE. I specifically requested that this be IMMEDIATELY cancelled once the promotion was over, but they continued to charge my credit card without my CONSENT FOR MONTHS. I’ve tried to email, call, stop-in, and no one has provided any help to resolve this matter. At this point, all I can do is let everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE KNOW THAT THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD.

Gotta be honest. I went through the car wash and the car was still dirty on doors and a couple other places. So you go through a carwash to get your car clean and it doesn't come out clean. One would not take their car to that car wash again, right? Free vacuums and brushes, etc.to use though. So.

I am from out of town so I had to go through the single payment lane. There was one car in front of me. But it took the Waters employee 10 minutes to explain everything to the person in front of me. Cars in line behind me were leaving because of the delay. BAD.

Sam, Tommy & Jose are great guys! Hands down Water’s is the Best place to go don’t waste your time anywhere else!
