Water's Edge Apartments, Lakeland FL

I am currently a tenant here. Recently had some issues with my AC unit and they came out same day and fixed it. Very nice quite community, I feel safe living here.

Even though I'm not happy that they charged me extra even though there was a transition problem on their end and mine, they came through and are giving me my deposit back.

I was previously a tenant from April 2014 to January 2011, and then returned in November 2013 until present. I am very satisfied with it & understand the rate increases, but they did go from $750 in 2014 to $1400 now - quite a jump to say the least. Being a widow, I feel safe here.

Very disappointed in the how the management handled lease signing. They sent us our lease for the last unit a day late and less than an hour after it was sent to us, they allowed another group to take our unit. It was no fault of our own, but poor communication and very unpredictable on their part

I lived at waters edge for a year and had such a great experience. I lived alone and always felt safe. The move in and move out process was easy and the neighbors were all very friendly. It’s was nice being so close to wolf lake park were I would go play pickleball. I didn’t have a fully renovated unit but I never had any issues in terms of maintenance, so definitely recommend

Clean, friendly neighborhood. Helpful and pleasant staff that always make me feel welcomed.
