The front desk staff was wonderful, courteous and professional, which is more than we can say about the PA we saw. He offered no direction, no plan of care and no information. After deciding he would send us for an ultrasound, he handed us a prescription and said see you soon. That was it. Not to mention the prescription was invalid as he did not even put the diagnosis on it. Made an appointment at another solo practice dermatologist and got all the care necessary, professionally and accurately. We would not recommend this practice to anyone. Go somewhere else.

The doctor didn’t take me seriously at all. I went in with extremely dry scalp (it was progressing over a few months & never had it before). She asked if I used head and shoulders. Why would I make an effort to visit a dermatologist if I could get $3 shampoo at Walgreens? Only when I said that I was willing to spend money on good products did she take me seriously. The prescription was ridiculously complicated, and unsuccessful. They did not follow up.

Both the nurse and doctor were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the care received. The appt was at 3: 30 and I was finished at 3: 45, including a biopsy taken and rescheduled for follow-up. Office was comfortable and they are following Covid precautions.

Came to this office after taking my son to a quick care clinic who did absolutely nothing but charged me more then this office. This facility was very clean and following all guidelines for safety during these times. The doctor was very personable and listened to my son, not making him feel like a child. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for any of my family’s future needs.

I can't give Water's Edge Dermatology enough stars!

I have persistent Rosacea, and in my past experience the Vbeam laser has given me the most lasting respite from the redness (erythema), visible blood vessels (telangiectasia), swelling, and itchiness that I have suffered from as a direct result of this progressive skin disorder.

My Vbeam treatment today (the first in two decades - I had two Vbeam treatments in the mid to late '90's that did a world of good for my skin) reinforced my decision to go to this facility.

Dr. John Minni not only treated me with professional courtesy, but he has a warmth and empathy as a medical provider that I greatly appreciate. I look forward to my next appointment in 10 weeks, and I feel confident that my skin is in great hands.

I was referred to waters edge dermatolgy for Dr. Bush and his wife Peggy. Let me tell you they are the best team there for veins. They are both knowledgeable and educated on all veins repair. Dr. Bush even wrote a book on face vein repair. The whole team from front to back are very professional and treat you with respect. I drive from palm bay to get my vein treatment done. They have created a cream called dermaka. It helps with scarring, brusing and skin repairs. You can buy it on amazon, etsy too. Highly recommend Stuart Waters Edge Dermatolgy

The providers were very good, however I had a billing problem that was due to Water's Edge providing the wrong info to my insurance company leading to more out of pocket cost. More that a month later I am still waiting for it to be resolved. I asked when it is resolved with my insurance company, will they automatically reimburse me for the overcharge. They said I would have to call after they got the paperwork and they would then reimburse me. Guess I will be waiting another few weeks for a refund.

Called to make an appointment and was greeted by a very rude receptionist. First impressions are everything, decided to look elsewhere. Dr Romagosa’s reception staff and office is very pleasant and accommodating.

The nurses line will not call you back. I’ve had to call them back multiple times days later even though it says they’ll call you back the same day on the message. Thanks to this I’m going to run out of my prescription even though I requested the refill 1 mo.in advance. I also had to dispute a charge (charged me for something I didn’t have done) for something and was working with my insurance carrier to resolve it and they sent me a collection notice even though they only sent me one bill and a short amount of time and I was in a dispute process. I’m trying to resolve the dispute and now they will not see me so I can refill my script. Finding a new derm. Stay away

I had a wonderful experience. Saw Dr. Shaughnessy today and can not say enough nice things about her. She was amazing. Office is very clean and office staff were also very nice. Even better the price. I highly recommend.

The receptionist and office people are very unprofessional. My son has been waiting for a call for a follow visit since November. Was told Dr Shapiro is no longer working with them and then told he is but no appointments are available by the office manager. No one calls you back and when I called I’m being talked to in rude manner like I’m the one wrong. After my son next visit this will be his last. No a friendly or professional business or place I will like to continue to give my business to.

There are no words to express how thankful I am for all of Dr. Bebe’ help. I have recently been undergoing PRP treatments for my hair thinning around my face/forehead. Within ONE treatment, I saw immediate results after 6 weeks! During the whole procedure she continuously made sure I was comfortable and never in any pain. Dr. Bebe and her girls are amazing and so personable, friendly, and comforting. I am forever grateful for what she has done for me and how much she has made my self confidence in myself, way better!

They are so busy and after the doctor came in he told me he couldn’t help me I need a specialist for products etc and it was less than 5 minutes so he said he can prescribe retin A but insurance won’t cover it. They said the charge was 108 dollars for him to write a prescription! So they said I don’t have to pay if I don’t want a prescription

Beautiful office, quick service. My nurse Anna was amazing- went above and beyond to make sure I got my medications at the best price possible. Very helpful and friendly.
