Water's Edge Dermatology - Wellington

I had scheduled an appointment with doctor Kelli Bryant for a full body examination due to some health concerns I had. I had chosen Water’s Edge and doctor Kelli Bryant because she had many good reviews. However my experience with her was awful and nothing like these reviews had said. She was completely arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful to me. She had zero empathy as a doctor should. She did not perform the full body exam, in fact she did not even approach me to exam anything. She refused to exam my skin and did not even let me speak on my concerns that I came to talk about. When I left the room I was still charged the full examination price to which I then asked to speak to the supervisor on site about what had happened. He then spoke with me but did not apologize for what happened and tried to cover up her unprofessional behavior. Since that day which two months ago, I have been trying to talk with someone from Water’s Edge above this supervisor about this and have been given the turn around many times. The staff and receptionists refuse to give the contact information of a higher manager, saying that someone will call me back but no one has ever called me back. Water’s Edge has a statement on their website that states that patients have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy but I have received none of that. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a doctor or organization like this. I do NOT recommend Water’s Edge office in Wellington or doctor Kelli Bryant, if you want to be treated with respect and dignity this is not the correct place to go.

Staff was very friendly, office clean and well decorated. Dr. Platzer is kind, polite, and very patient answering questions.

Facility was very clean and modern. But, most of all the staff was great! Thanks, see you next time.

The staff at Water Edge is not only kind but also highly professional. I experienced minimal wait time, and the facilities were impressively clean. Dr. Beth Mitchell, my dedicated physician, consistently exhibits thoroughness in her examinations. Thanks to her vigilance, potential skin conditions are identified early, preventing complications. While I did undergo surgery once, the procedure was conducted in the office by the proficient staff, resulting in a complete success with no visible scars upon healing. My loyalty to Water Edge spans over a decade, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services for all your skin care needs.

No one wants to go to the dermatologist but living in South Florida, it's a necessity. Having said that, Water's Edge Dermatology provides a great service with excellent customer service and professionalism.
Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I have been a patient here for many years. I have seen Dr. Spock and Dr. Bryant. Both were very attentive, thorough, and took their time with the exam and answering any questions and concerns. Office staff is nice and appointments are generally run on time.

I needed, an in scheduled appointment. I called the office and explained my situation, and they scheduled me immediately for service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my need. Thank you Waters Edge.

The Water's Edge Dermatology office at 441 Wellington, Florida is the best. They attend on time, they are friendly and Dr. Kelli Bryant is an excellent professional. I recommend them.

I was very impressed with my first visit. Using the mobile app to fill out the new patient paperwork and to check in was efficient. The day of my appointment, the receptionist, the nurse assistant and my Dr.were all very nice, professional and courteous. Most of all, I was in and out, my wait time in the lobby and the exam room was minimal, which I appreciated very much. Thank you for your service.

First time at the office. Everyone was polite and friendly. The doctor made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

What a wonderful clean & friendly staff. Dr. Platzer is warm, comfortable & professional. Dr. Platzer is an expert when it comes to cosmetic tweeking. When I have a office visit, I always trust his recommendations. Dr. Platzer knows exactly the right procedures. I always walk out feeling refreshed & happy. Dr. Platzer is a great find!

Dr. Spock is FANTASTIC! I had hone to another Water's Edge location in a different city. I will not name it. Suffice it to be said the Physician that caused the terrible mistake and infection, plus left a stitch in when they removed supposedly removed them is not there any longer, or with Water's Edge period. So Dr Spock corrected the errors, cleaned up the infection and gave me a complete going over which was suppose to have been done 4 weeks earlier. The doctorvsaid I had nothing, Dr Spock found a few that should be checked out. It turned out that one of them was serious. So Dr Spock is the ONLY DERMATOLOGIST that I will ever have. He is thorough, complete, gentle and has very good bedside manner.

I have been going to Waters Edge Dermatology for years. I have always been very pleased with the care and comfort given by all.
