Dr. John L was fabulous, very nice bedside manner and informative regarding the procedure as it progressed. Surgery was on a Friday morning wasn't able to get the abx ointment until Tuesday because it was called in to the wrong px. No one asked which Walgreen's I use. I called multiple times to find out what the hold up was regarding the rx. Now incision is inflamed and still seeping blood on day six. Have a follow up appt next week, but if this get any worse will call for a recheck.

Waters Eedge is a class place. Dr. John L is fantastic and thorough with his examination. Dr. John is a good conversationalist, which keeps the patient relax. Waters Edge is an excellent place to go for dermatology.

I have been seeing Dr. Minni at Waters Edge for several years. I moved over an hour away and still travel to see him because he is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. He is the best.

Staff and doctor were professional, friendly and for being busy, no long waits. If you can, I recommend filling out the pre checkin documents online before your appt as they took me awhile in the office.

I went to the Pt St Lucie office. The front desk women were very friendly. I was seen by Evelina Ingersoll, she was very sweet and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem immediately and prescribed medication. Great experience. I would highly recommend this practice.

It took me five months seven visits and five $50 copays to get them to remove a spot on my neck that I told them I was certain was an embedded material likely fiberglass from working on my boat. When it turned in to an abscess, they did not return my phone call and I went on vacation draining puss from my neck! They stack patients in waiting lines so that doctors see patients all of five minutes each. They run a really pretty salon for those beautiful people that need a nip tuck or some Botox, but do not operate like a medical practice. I specifically told an assistant there to note my medical record not to send me a request for review because I did not have nice things to say, but if they did send a request for review it would sound like this!

Today was my first time to Waters Edge Dermatology, and the staff is phenomenal. My dad went there for a routine checkup, and I got to meet Dr. Minni and Nurse Jessica. They treated my dad and I like friends, I highly recommend Waters Edge Dermatology and Dr. Minni to everyone.

Dr. Minni has been successful in "curing" horrendous, painful plaque psoriasis from head to toe. I am trying to reach Dr. Minni as it has not been a smooth ride. For instance, the clinical staff do not seem to be "on the same page with each other" and in spite of MANY calls to patient assistance programs for the biologics I now require for psoriatic arthritis+extremely painful - I do all the calling & spend many hours reaching out to patient assistance programs. Always always - I call the office & I am put through to "the clinical voicemail. ". Repeatedly I leave detailed messages, HOWEVER, the appointment desk read that MY CHART was documented as "non compliant" "many calls to patient NOT returned. ". I want Dr. Minni to be aware of this as he has been our family"s incredible Doctor for many years. As of NOW 11/7/23, I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY NECESSARY PAP INJECTIONS FOR A Drug The DOCTOR AND I AGREED ON FOR MONTHS. THE Specialty PHARMACY THEY TOLD ME TO CALL Does NOT OFFER ASSISTANCE! CARELON RX SPECIALTY PHARMACY TOLD ME THAT EACH INJECTION WOULD COST ME 2,029- & I RECEIVE 6 PER YEAR! THAT Co-pay IS MORE THAN MY MONTHLY INCOME! I CALLED HIS OFFICE CLINICIANS AGAIN TODAY AND I GOT A VOICEMAIL SO I PLEADED THAT PERHAPS MEDICAL & CLINICAL STAFF COULD HELP! I'VE SPENT HOURS SEEMINGLY FIGHTING A DOWNHILL BATTLE IN EXTREME PAIN & I'M REALLY SURE THE STAFF SHOULD BE MORE PROACTIVE & AT MINIMUM ON THE SAME PAGE. REALLY? WHAT A Maligning OF NY CHARACTER TO HAVE SUCH HORRIBLY Neglectful STATEMENTS IN MY CHART. DR MINNI, YOU ARE GREAT & I DO HOPE THIS IS BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION BECAUSE IM VERY SURE MY CHART IS Inaccurately DOCUMENTED. YOU DESERVE a good staff that does their job. I cannot continue to spend hours & days on this! I should simply be given an appointment. Discouraged, really & not going to try again. I will need to change doctors as this has been tremendously overwhelming & inaccurate all the way back to Stellara and Monica continually giving me misinformation and/or very sarcastic in person & on the phone.
