7Waterset Cars and Coffee events are always great place to hang out and network with other car enthusiasts
One of the nicest facilities I saw while we were touring Tampa and is your touring Tampa in housing market
I recently purchased a townhome here and so far, I'm thankful I did. I love living here because there's miles of walking/biking trails and three different pools to enjoy. There's also tennis, basketball courts and a wide variety of other amenities. It's mostly very quiet but the community is still very much under construction and they're building an overpass over I 75 that will provide an additional option to get from Rt 41 to Rt 301 so it'll be interesting to see how that impacts the area. I'm not hopeful given the way how some people drive through here now. I wish they had much better gyms/workout areas (they have two) because I've seen far better fitness amenities in apartment communities. Overall tho, I 'm happy to live here but honestly don't know if I'd ever buy another home in an HOA managed community.
Would like to say good things about waterset.but it seems they allow people to have a kennel of dogs. I mean one family has over 4 dogs who are constantly barking every time you step out to your backyard or lanai. I am retired and want to live my life in peace and quiet. I love to garden but now I cannot because you step outside and the loud barking begins. I thought you would need a large distance between homes to have a kennel, but in waterset you live with loud annoying dogs. Not a good thing. Be careful of your neighbors. For the most part everyone is pleasant and respectful except for the kennel owners who have no regard for their neighbors.
The food is pretty good for a community café at the landing. The gym is small, but managable. I do like the dog park area and trails that follow. The best thing about Waterset however, is clearly the pools.
Excellent food choices, excellent service. Very reasonable for the price. Ate there twice. One of my guest had to have Gluten free, and there was a good selection (including bagels and toast)
