Continual admin staff turnover and admin problems including disappearing appointments, mixed patient billing records, and lost chart.

We had our first appointment at Waterside and were very impressed. We tried other dental offices in the area and this was by far the best. We won't be switching again.

Very professional dental practice! All the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Lynn has been my hygienist and she is wonderful, very thorough. Dr Chavous is excellent!

My hygienist is Alvis and, he is always professional kind and informative he is definitely a asset to this practice.

I love my hygienist Lynn and but I hate getting my teeth cleaned! Lynn goes the extra mile and I have gum issues but she keeps me on a program and does such an excellent job if not for her I would have horrible periodontal disease. The office staff is pleasant and customer service oriented. They are efficient. But I have to say Lynn is the best hygienist I have ever gone to in my life and I have been to many. If you are looking for a dental office that will care about you as a human being and treat you with respect and compassion this is it! You will be so happy you called them!

I had a great experience at Waterside Dental! The dental hygienist, Lynn was very gentle and thorough, and Dr. Chavous was very easy to talk to and took the time to listen. Highly recommend Waterside!

Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I think this is going to be as good an experience as any dental visit could be!
After 2 more visits for crown fittings I can truly say that these folks are great! Elvis is a wonderful and gentle hygenist, Dr. Chavous is a perfectionist (sent both crowns back to the lab as he was not 100% satisfied) and Jocylin, his assistant, is the bomb!

Every time I visit this dentist there is a question about the amount billed! I wish they would just wait for the insurance statement to see what is actually owed by the patient! I have had to wait 3-4 moths to be reimbursed for overpayments!

Lynn is awesome! She tried very hard not to hurt me. I so appreciate that. Elvis was the man! So good with that syringe. The doctor.well he was a bit heavy hand and hurt me couple of times. Not happy with that.

I love that when I have an appointment that ii get in within 5 min. Everyone is so friendly!
