Watson Clinic South, Lakeland FL

Some of the worst customer service available, the majority of the nurses/assistants hate their job and you can tell by the way they speak to you. The doctors themselves are good though, shame their terrible staff is a nightmare to deal with.

Their company policy is to charge $230 for an appointment, and say that your insurance company will reimburse you.

I dont know in what world
someone would refund you money you pay someone else, but I sure do know why the doctor here drives a Jaguar.

Missed work to show up and have them tell me, "sorry we ordered the wrong test you'll have to reschedule. " Disputed the bill and was sent to collections! Awesome place!

Very unprofessional. I was actually turned away because I couldn’t pay my previous balance in full. I was just floored that they would turn someone away when they need medical attention. Very bad in my book.

Went in to do some testing, didn’t have insurance so obviously wasn’t expecting a free visit but the doctor I seen Allan Wells, he treated me as if it was an inconvenience to him, barely spoke to me and didn’t do a thorough testing like I was hoping. I was in and out in 30mins had to pay $197 just for walking in and got sent a $654 bill extra. They told me they’d call 2-3 days about the results didn’t receive any call, had to eventually find out I had to do it all online. Will never come back here again.

So here is my experience with the clinic.started off waiting over an hour for my appointment, (I usually expect a little wait, so not a big deal) I finally get back into the exam room and I'm only back there for maybe 8-10 minutes. The doctor says they will order xrays, allergy test, and referral to see a specialist. I was never told if allergy prescription was actually ordered out and I wasn't asked which pharmacy was preferred so I ended up going across town to pick it up. Days after getting my xrays done with abnormal results I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor. I called specialist and they require MRI before even scheduling to see them. I can't get in touch with the nurse to get results, schedule followup, or get an order for an MRI for the specialist that I was referred to. I left a voice mail and 2 messages on MyChart. The messages were only viewed and still haven't heard anything regarding followup or treatments. This is VERY frustrating.

Visited this location for Allergy Specialist. Although my visit was great, Doctor and staff were great, I would like to rank it the lowest. Of all the time visiting any clinics, I never had billing department call me before I even receive a bill in mail asking to pay. I am not talking about six month a year after visit. This is a recent visit, that just got settled with insurance (for their part) and now I have to pay my part of the bill that I have not even received. As in many cases, billing departments ruin whole experience because they act like collectors, questioning your ability to pay the bill. I picked the phone because it said Watson Clinic, thought they are calling to schedule follow up, since we did establish a plan with allergy doctor to identify which product causes reaction. Instead I got an experience that would stop me from ever going to Watson Clinic again.

This facility is super nice and I can’t say enough good things about Dr Lindsay Hamid and the nurse Jackie! Super friendly and helped out tremendously! Jackie has to be my favorite nurse of all time!

I love Dr. Turcan! She is so sweet and understanding. I tend to be a worry wart when it comes to my health and she always listens to my concerns and has never steered me wrong. So thankful I found her!

Dr. Gregory at Urgent Care South is one of the best And knowledgeable doctors in Lakeland. Treated my family like it was his own. My kids absolutely love him and his knowledgeable nursing staff. I would recommend this place over all of the urgent cares around. The environment is very clean and well put together. Thank you Watson Clinic Urgent Care South for all you have done. Five stars ().

Watson Clinic south urgent care is the best! The Doctor is the best and most caring around. Dr Jarrett. The staff was kind and professional. I’m not going anywhere else for urgent care!

I have been on family medical leave of absence (FMLA) for a little over a year now due to the fact my mother suffers from stage 4 kidney failure. My sister and I both have medical proxy over my mother so at any time we can contact her doctor to Review her health. Yesterday I dropped off my FMLA paperwork to be renewed, only find out that Watson clinic is now charging a $25 fee for the doctor to sign the form! So I can contact the doctor at any time to discuss my mother’s health or chat online through the portal but I need to pay $25 for the doctors signature on the paper! What’s next, charging for parking?
