This company should stick to selling houses, because as rental management they are unethical. Watson Realty Property Management took my application fee and made me jump through many hoops until I was finally approved. By that time they had leased the property I applied for to another applicant that finished the process before me, and of course would not refund my application fee. I can't help but wonder how many application fees they collect on each rental before they decide which one they want to give it to. For me, this is a big red flag and makes me realize that I probably dogged a bullet.

The best part about Watson Realty Property Management was their manager Jessica Williams. Whenever I had any issues with the house I was renting, she was just a phone call/email away. She even helped me out during a long holiday weekend. She is amazing and really made my time there enjoyable. So easy to work with and was always willing to go above and beyond!

I rented a house where Jessica Williams was the property manager and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing she is! If I needed is driveway pressure washed or the roof blown off she would have somebody out there extremely quickly. She was always there and always professional and friendly along the way. I highly recommend her!

Jessica WIlliams was our property manager and she was absolutely amazing! Anything we needed, she handled with speed and efficiency. You will not be disappointed with the service and care. If I am ever in the rental market again I will search her out!

I had such a great professional relationship with this company. Since I live far away from where my property is in Gainesville I needed a property manager. For more than 7 years I worked with Mrs. Jessica Williams. She provided an outstanding service which included screening tenants, sceduling regular home care needs, and taking care of issues as the arose. I would definetly recommend this company if you want to take a more hands off approach to renting your property out. I would highly recommend!

I called, they answered saying they were a property management company. I verified they were “Watson” property management company and the lady on the phone hung right up on me. Sketchy service, bad attitude.

My experience with Watson Property Management has been positive. I have been under their management for about 3-4 years now. Jessica Williams is the PM and she has been very helpful answering any questions I may have and being an attentive manager to the property or issues that may come up. We have meet in person a few times and she has such a warm and inviting personality.

Jessica had been looking after our property since 2011 till it was sold in 2022. She was professional and efficient. Everything had been taken good care of in time. I believe that made our tenants satisfied, and at the same time, got the property well protected.

Everyone at Watson has been professional, friendly, and helpful during the five years I rented with them.

I have to, as have many others here have, give a huge shout out to Jessica Williams. I have rented MANY homes in MANY places throughout the country and Jessica is by far the BEST property manager I’ve ever worked with. She is knowledgeable and professional, and made sure that everything was taken care of promptly and well - both for me as the renter as well as the property owners. She also did this in such an incredibly friendly and fun manner! I actually looked forward to the yearly inspection because I knew I would see her!

I had no negative issues dealing with Watson while renting or upon move out. I was staying with family in another state when my lease ended and Jessica and I did most everything over email. I received my deposit check back very quickly. It was painless and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Jessica Williams and Donna Latorre are amazing! They went above and beyond in finding properties that met our needs. We had a unique situation that we found ourselves in and they bent over backward to accommodate us. Any issues I had were dealt with immediately. They were excellent to work with!
