Great place if you're a meth head. Warning, stay away!
This place is somewhere you dont wanna go. Landlord takes your money, doesnt pay electric, doesnt fix anything, lazy as hell, ceiling always leaks when rains, mold, brown water, roaches, rats, stove is bad, when he builds stuff such as ramps for disable, porches and ect fall apart after all this place is a dump.
Would give it 0. The owner takes advantage of people who have to chose between being homeless or having a roof over their head the trailers are unsafe not up to code and infested with bedbugs. When someone is injured because of their negligence you discover they have no insurance and the slumlord hides behind an LLC Beware enter at your own risk
