Ben is amazing! I have never met anyone who knows more about sound than he does! Ben got our whole house set up with a fantastic sound system. Now when we play music it sounds like the artist is playing in our living room! I would highly recommend Ben for any of your audio needs!

Ben designed a whole house surround sound system for us which included a home theater room, mounting 7 TVs, sound bars plus adding and replacing speakers and wiring in the house, patio and dock. He was even able to get quality sound out at the dock which is amazing. The installation went quickly and when finished, he methodically went thru and explained how simple it was to use each component of the system. It couldn’t have been easier and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I’d highly recommend using Wave Media systems because even though you’ll sign a contract, Ben is the type of person that his handshake (or elbow bump) means everything. Pretty rare these days.

My husband and I bought a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls from Wave Media Systems. Ben and his team are excellent to work with. We came to the show room to listen to various speakers so we could make a decision on what we liked best. There was no pressure from this business to purchase. When you are looking for high quality audio equipment the most important thing is service. The price is the price. A speaker is going to sound like it is going to sound. But a local company who will work with you the entire way and then make sure everything is done to your satisfaction is something you aren’t going to get from an online superstore or outlet. Ben and his team at Wave Media are exactly that. I started working with them late last year with my under construction home for a 7.1.4 movie room and a separate listening room downstairs. He gave me advice before my low voltage meeting with the developer’s design center and looked at the pre-drywall photos to make sure they had done what I requested. After I moved in, they did the install for the in ceiling Atmos speakers quickly and cleanly. He also was there for advice to get the best sound out of equipment I already had (ie - not just what I bought from him). Ben knows his sound and he knows how to take care of customers making a once in a lifetime audio investment. I can’t praise them enough.

Ben and his team are the best AV group I have ever worked with (and I have had multiple companies work on my home Media/AV system). Ben fixed the entire system, installed by another company, when that company could not get it working correctly. I have since had him add additional components and everything works and is easy to operate. The prices are fair, work done exceptionally well, and the entire team is easy to work with.
