Great product, outstanding customer service. Had a little confusion and miscommunication but the issue was quickly and promptly rectified by the company representatives.
The board ordered was a birthday gift for my son's 16th. Wave Zone ensured we got the board in plenty of time for our beach trip.

We did a lot of research before landing on this company to create a skim board. However, when we received it there were a multitude of issues with the board. The fiberglass on the top was not smooth, it has hundreds of tiny holes in the finish. These holes will not doubt collect sand as well as potentially get worse over time. The coloring on the bottom was smeared with an apparent white streak which makes the beautiful red/orange swirl look subpar and the bag it came in was filthy. We reached out to the company and their response was a measly 20% refund on the board but otherwise 'it is in perfect riding shape and should be able to be used for at least a couple of seasons'. The pride in quality that they boast on their website obviously does not translate to the actual product. We ended up keeping the board as there is not enough time left in the season to find something else but were overall extremely dissatisfied with the response from this company in regard to their product.
