Consistency just isn't there with the salads. Used to be good but now you barely get any lettuce

I dont have any problems with this wawa except when i get in my car at 2 a.m. Expecting them to be open. No signage explaining why. It seems to be happening more often. Frustrating.

Not only is this place a haven for panhandling, they have the fuel pumps set to sloooooooooow. I live nearby and would frequent this location, so I know my experience isn't a one off. This is deliberate. I'm taking my business to the Speedway across the street.

Everytime without fail, I try ordering a bowl online and they always tell me that they're out of something. Everytime I visit and order off the touch screen, it's the same thing. One day they have an item/ingredient on there and then next it's not there, so they keep changing what they have and don't have. And half the time, even if it shows up on the screen, they still don't have it. A friend and I ordered online just today and because they didn't have quinoa, I didn't get a bowl at all. They also gave us someone else's order. I don't even know what to say.

Went in to pay for a fountain drink no cups available they make you prepay, and is the only wawas ive experience this, and was extremely inconvenient.even with a security guard present they assume everybody will steal from them, i re f use to ever go to this location again

This location is always on point. It's very busy but rightfully so. Tho in my previous review with 5 stars, I gave my written review regarding the wrong location about cold coffee which was always at the 22nd Ave and 25th St N at least 5 times in a row. As a cab company owner I only visit Wawa's as I know I can trust cleanliness and interaction with employees. I've been a Wawa customer for 40 years and this one on 22nd Ave N at 25th St N disgusted and embarrassed me for my customers after singing Wawa's praises. It was the first in 40 years of consistency, I was shocked by the lack of everything, supplies, food or paper, ice, coffee, all the way down to the management having no clue how to delegate duties. I suggested a few, to no avail. Something is missing in that store. I'm looking for a position in management training lol. Just saying.

Very rude customer service! We waited in line at two different registers, and were told that they were not accepting credit cards at the time. We were ordered to pay cash using the ATM or leave. After taking out cash, we approached a cashier who appeared to be a manager standing at a register, and was told we had to use a different register as it was the only one open. The line was nearly out the door, and there were several cashiers watching the situation. I don't understand why one of them couldn't have opened the third register for cash orders. After cashing out, our food from the deli was no longer fresh, and the bread was very soggy. Wish we had gone to a different location!

I stopped by to order my sub but I couldn’t help but over hear the thoughts amongst employees on how outrageous it is when customers order “so many toppings” and how they wonder how “fat” this person is.mind you I order a veggie sub because I am vegetarian. I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion but next time please keep opinions to thy self and remain professional. There’s a time and a place for everything.

They deserve a star or 2 over race Trac. Tons of drink choices and the Cuban sandwich! Gotta have a wawa

I cant believe how rude the cashier is every time i come here and i come here 5 nights a week. I come here on my eay home frim work and dont want to because if nari. She sucks. They lose business because of her im sure

Cold, gross coffee, no creamer. Meanwhile all the managers and cashiers are standing around talking about personal stuff. When I ask when the coffee would be ready they acted as if I had a third eye. If this has been the first time I totally understand, but it's every single solitary circle k at about 10a all the way through to the next morning! Off to Wawa I go! I'll never get cold coffee there and there's always creamer and smiles. It's clean they'll call in extra help, I know this, because I watched it in motion more than once, while Wawa has got their s*** together! I've been going to Wawa for 43 years! Best coffee EVER!

Place is filled with trucks not buying anything, and, I cannot stress this enough, THE GAS PUMPS SHOUT ADVERTISING AT YOU WHILE YOU'RE TRYING TO BUY GAS. IT'S LIKE SOMEONE TRYING TO SELL YOU A TIMESHARE AT A URINAL.

Went to wawa on wed 3/27 No coffee 5 jugs were empty.ridiculous.please have coffee full like all the others in the morning

Legit worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. No one smiles. Everyone seems to hate their job and they are experts on rolling their eyes! Seems like a pretty easy job but who knows maybe it’s the most stressful job in the world.

I freaking love Wawa. The food is quick and tasty. They have everything you could need on the go.

Generally clean, but horrible customer service for even the simplest issues. Shift managers don't care or try to resolve.

Went to Wawa today 3/27 for some Columbian coffee however there was none left and the worker had none ready was told I had to wait 5 mins for more when the only pot left was the regular.

Worst staff ever, everyone has an attitude. Nothing is ever stocked up, out of most of the over the counter meds.out of everything. It's sad to see such good brand like wawas mistreated like this, specially this wawas, it started SO GOOD now is literally one of the worst ones I've been to. That's what I get for stopping at that one, unlike the one on gandy, that one is PHENOMENAL.never again, I will stick to my favorite one.
