Once again wawa was proven bottom line is better then customer service and a good product. Order blt with cheese 3 strips of beacon no cheese a pound of lettuce shame on you guys

Like the other reviews say. Don't expect the best service after midnight. Their menu says they make certain foods until 3am but they blatantly refuse after midnight.

There's 3 Wawa's in this general area from where I live in the university area and this is the best one out of them. At least the night shift, haven't been in the day. I've gotten food at all three of them and this one preps it the best. Never had them get the order wrong either.

Yolanda was very rude and races. She sneezed into my smoothie. She was being very unprofessional. Worst wawa I have ever came to in my life. Let's try not to be ghetto. Even though this location is in the most poorest neighborhood. I'm sorry your upset u work for wawa

Manager Adrian sold me wrong pack of cigarettes, once I got to my car I noticed they weren’t the correct item. He told me once I purchased them I cannot return them. Even with receipt. I sat and watched him exchange a pack of cigarettes for another customer that was a race other than my own. Terrible management. Racial discrimination. I have it on camera. Bullsh** go anywhere except for here. Horrible service.

Cashier no mask no gloves and touch the top of my drinks the lady on dally mask down no gloves how great wawa ask people for mask at the door i have to throw my food and of course you guys have camera watch it and see the tru Florida number 2 covied should be more careful

I ordered a special order coffee and explained several times what I wanted "No Drizzle" Pretty simple huh.well not for the staff at 2: 45p on a Saturday. It wasn't so much of the error that she made but it was the nasty attitude that she displayed. She actually turned to her co-worker and complained about me right as I was standing there and poured out the drink. I immediately stopped her because she now has lost the privilege of preparing me anything and then she proceeds to pour out my husband's coffee as well. We left and she went behind us to give us a full refund. I do realize that this is a gas station, but customer service does matter. We are all experiencing horrible times right now and I surely didn't need her to display her lack of professionalism in my face. Being rude to a customer serves no one. I will not ever return there.

Very dirty and the employees are terrible and very rude I will never go this Wawa ever again. I put one star because I had to. They deserve 0 stars

I went in to get a coffee and my daughter a specialty coffee, the girl who makes the specialty drinks was mopping and went to get rid of mop bucket and came back with the same gloves on, and proceeded to make my daughters coffee. I said on NO ma’am take those gloves off and wash your hands and start fresh over. Went to talk to manager “Betty” who never came even after a 7 minute wait. So I’m just gonna call corporate they diner even deserve the one star!

I'll premise this by saying I. FREAKING. LOVE. WAWA.
Just not this one. While at the soda machine, a female who looked strung out on meth barged in front of us to fill up a soda cup, and then brazenly walked out the back door without paying for it.
Also, while we were inside, someone broke into our car and stole my iPad. Corporate Wawa, nor the store manager will even review the security to see if it ws in fact stolen (or did my kid lose it), most likely because they don't want to be sued.
I'll stick to my usual neighborhood Wawas from now on. No Meth-lissa, no people breaking into cars.

Went to get air filled in my tires. Instead of inflating, it deflated my tire. I went inside to ask the cashier for help and he said that he would send help out. Once a woman came out, instead of helping she simply said that the machine breaks pretty much every day and that even though they usually call it in, nobody fixes it. She put a cover over the machine saying that it was out of order and then said that there’s nothing that they can do and left me out there. Very disappointed.

I come here for lunch a lot. Food is always correct to order and good, staff is very friendly, and place is clean. If you're low on time i recommend paying for the food before you get is as (my only complaint) sometimes the lines are incredibly long and take quite a while. All in all though great location and employees.

3 Stars is for the staff for they are awesome! But this one is sadly very ghetto, partly they can't help because of the location. But I'm always panhandled nearly every time I go here; this last time a guy was wondered around inside the store and discreetly asking people for money.

The most ghetto Wawa I've ever been to.niggaz selling dope at the pumps.pants sagging off asses everywhere.it's truly disgusting.how these ppl expect to be treated as equals is beyond me.

The air machine is broken and has been for months. The gauge can’t read tire pressure correctly and if you don’t apply extreme pressure the machine will just let air out of your tires

I love wawa and have been only going to wawa since 2015. Been to many of them, but this is the worst ive ever been to. Parking lot was oily and trashy, more than half of the pumps were not working and keypads were not working correctly. I had to go inside to pay and that was an inconvenience. Also it was hard to get in and out of the gas station due to the none working pumps. Worst wawa ever and will avoid in the future.

I had a great sandwich. Staff was nice and helpfull. I saw a customer enter and shop without a shirt. If that hadn't happen, it would be 5 star. As always wawa was amazing. Best gas station ever! Great food and good service. This store has the best associates. So friendly and welcoming. I look forward to visiting there.

Awful. Shower didn't work and water was cold, but the lady at the front desk comped my stay. It ended up being $89/ night. There actually are plenty of hotels just as convenient to Busch Gardens.

Love me some Wawa! Great store. Tons of snacks and meals. Sandwiches are made to order with just a few minutes wait. Petrol proces are on par with everywhere else.

Wawa is the walmart of gas station.they are so clean and spacious.great service.good customer service.for a reasonable price. Not to mention free ice, free air.tire pressure check, comfortable table anf chairs.
