Convenience Store Wawa reviews
19The cleaning at the Wawas is horrible. Who ever is managing this, is horrible and they don’t know what they are doing. I’m a activist for cleaning and this stores in Tampa are to dirty. They help.
Fountain machine on the right has nearly perfect ice. Small and soft, perfect for a quick melt or soft chewing.
Absolutely horrible! Myself and alot of other hospital workers who work overnights have come to this Wawa on our breaks to get coffee and/or food for years now. The past few months have been horrible. They stop making food and specialty drinks by a certain time and the new staff are not very welcoming anymore.
It's sad how horrible this location is now and the fact alot of night shift workers relied on this store.
The past two times I've been here the coolers were half empty, paper on all the kiosks saying "closed", boxes in the walkway, almost all the coffee was closed, the coffee island was trashed and half stocked, trash on the floor, a single employee at the food prep counter and then another one at the register.
I'd love to put this complaint on the employees but this a management problem.
Always clean & brightly lit at night. Numerous station pumps and wide lanes. Credit machines work well, so no need to go inside. Although, inside is also very clean, orderly, & well stocked. Almost always 2 cash registers open for purchases.
The bathroom looked like something out of a horror scene. There was no toilet paper in either stalls which is inconvenient for a woman. The floors were sticky and the soap dispenser had no soap in either of them. The parking lot was filled with trash. Need some help keeping up with the cleanliness of the store. Especially while we are in a pandemic.
Food and product are always good at this location but the last few months they’ve hired the rudest people. One of the newer guys who always seems in a bad mood never smiles or has a nice tone about his voice he let a guy straight cut me in line and didn’t even say anything about it nor acknowledge me when I tried to say something about it to him. He literally walked away without a word and let another girl take over the cashier. The girl then preceded to not give me my change. She maybe thought I didn’t have enough because as I was pulling out change to give her to complete my order she grabbed some change thing they had behind the counter and just told me to put the change there which was more then what I owed I’m assuming she thought I put exact or under but she pulled that thing out not even 2 seconds after me going into my bag to get change I get maybe she was trying to be nice but unless someone actually says they are short don’t assume cause now I’m out a little change not a big deal just the whole principal of the transaction and last at night lately they’ve closed updown the drink side because “it’s only me tonight” I’ve seen other wawas have one person and they were able to run both sides on their own especially during night shift. Just really feel the sense of customer service they had is no longer there.
So inconsistent different employees give you different portions. You couldn't pay me to go back there
Night supervisor is extremely rude and likes to argue with customers. I will be reporting her to the GM.
I love wawa, but the people who make the sandwiches have bad service. They seem like they’re in a bad mood and didn’t even tell me when my food was ready. You should only hire people who care about their job and professionalism.
Great food great location fast service I had breakfast I ordered the omelet breakfast sandwich and it was excellent. I love the sweet tea that's my go to drink
Worst place ever. Staff don't wear hair nets when making food. I went there a bought a milkshake for my 11yo and he comes to me saying there was hair in it. Will never go to another wawa again. I need a shake will go to McDonald's, need a sandwich go to subways or jersey mikes. I hope corporate gets back to me
Very well customer service workers are friendly and have you in and out fast worker Samuel is a very well mannered worker, helps alot
After dreaded Irma I really wanted orange juice. Finally found it @ WaWa's
Some of the staff could stand a dise of customer service.but most are okay.
Dougnuts are, they were stocked by Sat. Then thetes the what can one say.
I had the homemade chicken noodle soup and it was devine. The sandwiches are made to order on freshly baked bread. Fast, easy and convienant.
What a great place to get gas and food. Staff is friendly, place is clean and they even have FREE air for your tires.
This Wawa is absolutely amazing, considering it's a convenience store. This store is very clean, presentable, up to date, has a great array of choices and selections to choose from for everything you may need from the basic food items, lotto, cigarettes, and all other items that you can buy at a convenience store, all the way up to an incredibly amazing resteraunt like food service station, with a great selection of different food, drink, and desert choices.
Clean. Fresh made to order subs with easy to use touch screen to place your customized order. Good selection of coffee.
Great food great location fast service me and my husband had breakfast I ordered the omelet breakfast sandwich and it was excellent love the sweet tea that's my go to drink
I have to admit the pretzel sandwich with turkey and cheese is pretty amazing. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
