Wawa, Orlando FL

Manager at 11: 20pm was extremely dismissive and rude and did not help me to understand the problems with my order. Just said it wasn't her problem and she guesses they were the only wawa that does that and to get over it. Will not return and will recommend the Race Trac across the street and the other Wawa down the road on curry ford to friends and make sure people know of the low quality of customer service there.

First of.the staff is incredibly friendly.but they really need to work on their sandwich making skills. I ordered a BLT and received it without the B. How. There were two items missing from my order (it's been resolved) so by the time I opened my sandwich and noticed there was literally no bacon at all. I was over it. But a word from the wise.do not order from WAWA.go there in person. I messaged wawa on there Instagram about this and posted on my stories.let's see what happens.

Today I went to the store to order a cappuccino at 6: 14 am.what one expects when placing an order is that they give you what you want.the cappuccino had no foam it was pure hot milk with coffee that is to say a latte. I told Ashley who made my coffee that that wasn't a cappuccino and she said this isn't Starbucks.she is disrespectful.she ruined my day.

Food and coffee taste better than other Wawa locations, but they're starting to do things like:

-Deprioritize their prepared food in the evenings - it takes 2-3x as long as it used to.
-Completely close half their coffee options earlier and earlier, where it used to be possible to at least get it brewed on request.

For a place whose whole thing is being 24h and still decent, they're really screwing with anyone who works outside the 9-5.

Hannah is awesome! Very friendly, very helpful.she needs to train the other staff on customer service!

I'm been waiting on my sandwich They gave me hash Browns today put into microwave there wasn't really cooked properly I will never come to this wawa ever again the I'm employees that work here are rude and didn't care about helping a customer never come to this wawa again!

Currently Wawa has the sizzli sandwiches on sale 2 for $4. Based on that you would think they would be ready and prepared to handle the increased volume in sales. I'm there at 7: 45 am.the peak of rush hour traffic. There is no selection left and I am told at this point they have no plans to make more. Wow.really putting the customers first Wawa. Left and went next door to McDonalds. At least they had hot fresh sandwiches.

Wawa has this stupid policy where after 10 pm they lock their beer coolers. So even if you want less than $5 worth of a night cap beer or two, you have to wait in line to get to the cashier.
By the time you do get to him or her there’s likely 3 customers behind you now. And now the cashier needs to leave their register to unlock and wait by the cooler door for you to go in and get what you want. Then you have to get back in line again behind the people you probably just irritated by making them wait too.

In other words, Wawa makes for a distrustful, frustrating, and humiliating shopping experience after 10 pm.
This particular place has a front and back door. If they’re concerned about beer theft out the back door, how about just lock the back entrance after 10pm?
Also, keep in mind that if a cashier has to leave their register, there are tons of things at the register worth more than beer that anyone in line could grab and make a dash with.

Why every morning i have to wait over 7 minutes for a simple cafe con leche? On mu way to work i stop at the wawa gas station in curryford and dean rd and the girl looks at me like i made a mistake, i have to remind her that i order a coffee 3 minutes ago and she keeps cleaning and preparing every other detail around the store but my CAFE CON LECHE i dont have all day people, i have a job and responsibility, today she gave the coffee i got BURN i had to get a refund i will never go back NEVER

The employees there are amazing especially one of the female managers that will go out of her way for a customer I wish I remembered her name but I will be back to this wawa for sure.

I waited for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing there I was right at the counter like right in front of them. 4 people working there looked at me and kept walking, 2 of them were standing around laughing the rest of them were doing anything but helping me. Then when one finally asks me what I need I tell them the coffee I need is out. “I have a backup okay. ” She comes over and changes it. I’m like well can I get if for free because I had to wait. “no because I had a backup. ” What the hell does your back up have to do with the fact you guys just ignored me. I’m going to drive to the other Wawa in the mornings from now on. And this one is by my house. The coffee is so cheap like you could have given it to me for free and it’s not even that it’s the way I was treated. I can afford coffee. I don’t like being treated badly.

Always come here to grab food on my lunch breaks! The staff is incredible (shout out to Kiera) and the food is incredible! Love this place!

Bad service. Just bought my home in this area and this is the nearest Wawa for me and the people at this location are horrible. Every morning this lady gives me a problem because I ask for my receipt after the transaction. Then she tells customers that I'm always starting problems for like a month now. I laugh at that because like I stated earlier I just moved in this area. I will be talking to my lawyer today because to see if I can moved forward with a lawsuit. Because thats slander what she is doing. Not pleased with this place.

I was today, I want a lotto, and a tall Thin Guy told me. Go to the machine. The machine, do not give change. Bad expirience.

Big WaWa but always crowded and seems to be much slower making sandwiches than others. Same great food though just leave extra time.
